They arrived right on time as scheduled. The crew was very professional, did an excellent job, and gave us a quote for the extra work before they started.

Service was performed on time and as advertised. The crew was not very friendly, and communication was difficult due to language differences. They did an adequate job, but because there was no "connection" with the crew, I didn't get a sense that they really cared about the work they were doing or cared about me as a customer.

My gutters were really bad and they said the downspouts were blocked in a couple of cases. It hasn't rained much since they did the cleaning - guess I should wait until we get a good downpour to revise the rating. . Would I have them come do it again? Yes. I should not be up on the ladder trying to do it myself.They arrived on time and were very quick.

I called and set up an appointment. They gave me a window of time that the cleaners could be at my house to do the cleaning. The cleaners came within that timeframe. They were very friendly and professional. They did a great job.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. The company was a bit slow with getting back to me about screen repairs. Apparently they were in the process of setting up a contract with a firm local to Campbell.

They made a token effort to clean out the gutter that runs across the face of our San Francisco town house, but were resistant to to getting on the roof to check that the drain squirrel on the roof that filters 90% of the runoff from the roof was clear. I can't blame them for that, as their equipment was really adequate for climbing over the front parapet. Their so-called cleaning of the front gutter took 15 minutes. It was completely inadequate as they weren't prepared to flush out the drain to make sure there was no backup in the downspout. The next time it rained, it was clear that there was debris in the pipe. I had to hire someone else to do this job properly.

Sorry don't remember the cost but I do remember that this was a price deal for so many windows, and they did the extra windows at the same rate. They washed the screens and doors too. Have already used them again, and will continue to do so.

Bought the Angie's list big deal - $119 for 20 windows. They came out within 2 days and did all of the exterior windows on a 2 story house. I didn't realize we were supposed to loosen the screens so they could access the windows - they did that for me at no extra charge. They were prompt, professional, did a great job, and were very unobtrusive as I was home while they were working. Will definitely be using them again.

This was on an Angie's List special for $99. A team of four came out to perform a gutter cleaning and downspout inspection. However it turned out our gutters were in decent shape. The downspout inspection was ok but only marginally worth $99. If we had had significant gutter issues I think it would have been a great deal, but as it turns out it was somewhat of a waste of their time.

What an awful experience. They showed up looking like thugs, hardly professional, a little scarey even. Then they gave me grief about having to take the screens off, they wanted me to do it. Then they didn't wash many of the windows and the ones the did wash they did a bad job of, they waited till I was on the telephone and told me that they were done and left. Yes, I signed for it while I was on the phone and I shouldn't have without inspecting, but it was clear they were anxious to go. I don't want to call them to complain, because I don't want them back, I'll just call a real window cleaning company that is local rather than based somewhere else managed by a call center. They whole process was 45 minutes and while their were 3 people, I saw at least one of them sitting in my backyard the whole time. They never asked me for other services such as screen cleaning, which I'm now thankful for. Really bad experience. I never should've gone with the coupon deal.

It was quick and competent and just as promised. They were well organized and knew what they were doing.

It was fine. . . windows were certinaly much better as was home from being pressure washed. Just felt like there were still some dirty spots and that it was a quick once over to clean things but not a thorough job.

I've used them 2 times and they are just excellent. I first used them in February or March. They had a $139 special for 20 window surfaces. It was an Angie's List Big Deal. I was real pleased so I used them again. They told me since I was a returning customer I could always have that price. I live on the second floor and I have a couple of bay windows. They were in and out in 29 minutes. There were 3 of them and they were just excellent. They didn't wear their shoes in the house. One man was doing the top of a bay window and his partner was steadying one of those white utility buckets that had water in it. He stepped on the rim of it with one foot on each side of that bucket to wash the top of that window. I looked at that and thought I couldn't watch anymore because it had to be painful.

In May I bought a Big Deal coupon to have up to 4 screens replaced by America's Best. I had to reschedule once because of a timing conflict. The company rescheduled me a second time because they said the person who was doing the work had an emergency and would be off work on that day. When they rescheduled me this second time the new date was over a month away, because that was the next time the team would be working in my area. I was a little frustrated (I was hoping for new screens earlier in the summer), but figured it was worth the wait. On the day they were supposed to come out I called the company to check that I was on the schedule for the day, and to see if I could get a narrower time frame for when they would arrive. I was told that yes, I was scheduled for that day, that they had recently spoken with the team and that they were on schedule, but they couldn't give me a narrower window. Less than 15 minutes later I got a call from someone else at the company. She told me that the team just called and said they weren't going to work with America's Best anymore. She explained that they had scrambled to find a replacement, but weren't able to, and that I should call Angie's List to get a refund. I found it hard to believe that their team had quit in those intervening minutes, but I didn't challenge her. I had waited two months for new screens, and now I was back at square one. The only good that came from all this is that I learned how to fix my screens myself. It wasn't that hard, and instead of spending $99 to fix 4 screens, I spent about half that and fixed 6! After this experience I would never hire America's Best. I found them to be unprofessional and unreliable.

The cleaning job was acceptible, though it wasn't the best I've ever had (A-1 Cleaning did that). I chose them because I had an Angie's Big Deal for spring cleaning windows for $119. I knew it would be more expensive than that, so I asked for an estimate up front. The guy had to call in to get it, and it was not negotiable. So the ultimate price was $619, more than $50 over the price A-1 charged, and A-1 cleaned the screens as well, and they cleaned a high window that serves as a skylight, too--America's Best ignored those windows, and did not clean the screens, though they said they cleaned the gutters of the windows. Three people came to clean. It took about 90 minutes. It's not that the job wasn't good, it's just that it didn't include what the competition included, and the workers seemed a little resentful.

These guys are great. They did such a good job that I'm going to have them do my mom's house and my mother-in-laws house. I will also have them back next year.I have a two story house with lots of windows. Eyebrow & Garden windows. Plus sliding glass doors.They were friendly, professional and did a very good job.

I called the company about 4 days prior and they quoted a much lower price than what was given to me the day they arrived. They went from $5 per window up to $8 per window pane. They also went from $2 per screen to $4 per screen. The deal I purchased was for 20 windows, but they wanted to charge me around $170.00 on top of the $139 I paid for the deal. They misrepresented their pricing. They also said they would call before coming, but they didn't. They just showed up.

They didn't do a good job and I had to make them come back and redo part of it. They didn't speak a whole lot of english and I give them a C minus.

Provider showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. Very helpful and courteous. Cleaned all windows including front door small window panes. He even cleaned bathroom mirrors. Very pleased with his work.
