They were easy to work with scheduling, they arrived on time and worked efficiently. They removed screens to clean the windows, and did a good job of washing the house.

They were on time, did great a good job and would use them again in the future.

Drew and his team did a great job. They showed up within the scheduled window, checked with me about the services to be done and went to work. I needed some high second story gutters cleaned and I had a couple of downspouts that were plugged. They removed all the leaves and mud in the gutters and unclogged the downspouts. They cleaned up the dirt and debris, hosed off the side of the house and area around where they worked. Overall they did as expected and even went further to make sure all the downspouts and feeds out to the street were unplugged and flowing properly. It the team of 3 less than an hour and saved me from breaking me neck falling off a high ladder! My only comment for improving the experience is about the scheduling: As per the stated deal I was expecting the company to call me "within 2 days to schedule" but I had to call them. Once I reached out they were easy to contact and easy to schedule. Overall I would definitely use them again.

It went just fine. They scheduled the appointment with me by phone, showed up on time, and cleaned the gutters thoroughly.

Got the "Gutter Cleaning" on Angie's "Big Deals". Was a good deal although I can't remember the package price. Unfortunately, we had to pay and extra $99 as we had 66 extra feet of gutter than what the offer allowed. Other than that little bump, the guys did a great job. We have some wire-type of netting on top of the gutters to prevent leaves from getting in. They took these off and replaced them perfectly. Were quick and professional.

we have lots of windows in our house and so it was wonderful. we also arranged to have more windows cleaned as well.

Four guys showed up, but only one worked at a time. They did a good job on the sidewalk and driveway, but initially didn't want to do the fence saying it wasn't included. I showed the descripton and fences were included. So they did it. After they left, I noticed they did not do the outside of the deck. They really didn't seem to like what they had to do. Don't a happy and professional group

However, one of the worker's dropped one of the double hung windows and broke part of the window so that the top window will not stay up on it's own. Luckily the windows are still under warranty. I was in the house when it happened; I do not know if the problem would have been mentioned to me if I was not there to see it.

The workers showed up promptly on time and were very efficient in their work. They were professional and required very little guidance. They also gave me feedback on the condition of the gutters and things to watch for.

When I called to say I changed my mind the woman in the office was completely friendly and accepting. She pointed out that the company has lots of other services so I could switch to another service. And if I'm not ready by deadline in April just call and they'll adjust

Scheduled holiday light install between 8-11 am. The workers showed up at 8:30 am. The workers were very professional in their appearance, demeanor, and work performance.They asked all the questions that may be pertinent to my desired finished product which made me happy. Workers and I agreed that the job should take no longer than 1 hour to perform. They were done in 45 minutes, then checked to see that the lights worked and asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything else. They then did a thorough clean up before having me sign paperwork. Excellent example of professionalism.

I chose this provider from a $99 gutter cleaning Big Deal promo they ran last year. The service from start to finish was great and I'm calling them again this year for our gutters. Reasons for my "A" rating: 1) The quick call back from the central office to schedule the appointment 2) A crew of 3 showed up on time and were professional and completed the job within an hour on our two story house. 3) They provided a very reasonable price for the square footage that exceeded the Big Deal limit The only suggestion from improvement is that they haul away the debris from the roof. I don't recall seeing any leaves but they collected all the roof tile granuals in one of our garden clipping bins and then it was up to me to dispose of it. However, we were so pleased with the rest of the work that this doesn't impact my overall rating.

The company was very professional and thorough, I was very comfortable with the people performing the work, and the house looks excellent as a result. It was well worth the money and saved me the cost of painting.

Not well. The worker who showed up was surly, and then he insisted that my wife pay him for the the window-washing service. She told him that she thought I had already paid (I did), and he said that I hadn't paid, and she needed to pay him. So, she paid him. After calling the window washing company, they said they would repay the money, and they eventually did. But it was such a hassle, and intimdating enough to my wife, we'll never use this firm again.

They arrived on time. We identified all windows and screens to be washed. They were professional and cleans all windows in a timely manor.

They were punctual and efficient, but the overall cleaning quality did not match our expectations and experience with others.

Had America's Best clean our windows and some of our window screens. While the window cleaning description was a bit complicated, it sounded reasonable (e.g., the fee we paid covered (in some respects) 20 "things". In most cases, a window was two "things" (an inside, and an outside). Some of our windows were triple-sized, and thus counted (quite reasonably) as a total of 6 "things". Somewhat surprisingly, our large sliding glass doors were not extra (it was two "things": an inside and an outside). The fee for extra windows, or extra screen cleaning, was quite reasonable. My wife was very impressed with the results of the cleaning. The workers arrived early, were courteous, and efficient. The only snag was Angie's List failing to get our email contact information sent to America's Best in a timely manner. When AB discovered the problem, they hastened to both email and call me. I would use them again!

The company office staff/owner was excellent in making and amending the appointment. I bought the deal for my mother who was unable to use it and needed to reschedule it for my own home in another city. The scheduler was most accommodating in making that work for me. The crew showed up on time and got straight to work. There was little to no discussion and no offer of addtitional services (which I didn't intend to purchase anyway). The windows were decently washed ... some dirty spots left on the wood sills, a coupl of spots on the windows I didn't see til later, and was disappointed they didn't wipe out the inside runner (vinyl windows) when they washed the window. Seemed like a small enough thing to do especially since the runners get a bit muddy from the washing project. Overall, a reasonable price for an average job; got only what I paid for and nothing more.

Our service representative was very professional and knowledgable. We would use this company again.
