Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's list coupon for gutter cleaning and then got too busy to use it. The lack of rain didn't help push me to get this job done. When I finally focused and contacted the company, they were very responsive AND scheduled the job immediately, getting the crew to my home at the very next available time. Surprising, a full crew showed up as opposed to just a few guys! The quickly got to work finished very rapidly. There price was more than I expected, but then I apparently have more gutter than I thought - not there fault and there price quote thoroughly covered additional length add ons. They even took extra time cleaning my driveway and house perimeter of the debris.

Description of Work: Two men came to my house to clean the gutters. They explained to my daughter that I went over the length paid for so they would bill me since she had no ability to pay. When I came home to examine the job, my hose was distroyed, cut, my nozzle was completely broken off the hose and the extra hose in my yard was just in the yard. Not wrapped like they found it. I called customer service to complain, they spoke with their worker who told them they did not brake the hose and put everything back in proper order. They never got permission to use the hose and the yard was completely saturated with water. As a comprise customer service did remove the billed amount of 33.20. However, I will never use this company again. Customer service was very professional, although they did not believe me. The workers, very unprofessional.
