Eddie was informative about his products and services and rendered service tailored to our needs.

Eddie arrived a half-hour after we arranged, BUT!! he was very good and fast at cleaning off our roof and cleaning out the rain gutters and downspouts. He also cleaned up in our front and back yards (there had been a lot of pine needles from the high winds). Lastly, Eddie was very polite and businesslike. I told him we'll be calling him again next year, and maybe sooner.

Eddie and his team were prompt, thorough AND fast!!! He called on a Friday after I requested for move out cleaning service and carpet cleaning. He was willing to work with me on such short notice (the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday) His prices are fair and being military and living in military housing he knew EXACTLY what to clean and how to clean it. My home was cleaner than when I initially moved in! He guarantees his service so if there was anything missed he reassured me that he come to the home same day after the inspection and do it himself. BUT he didn't need to because when I moved out, the property management was very impressed. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

Did an excellent job on our dirty stair carpet and loft area. Hand shampooed the stairs prior to steam cleaning them, and thy came out great.

Eduardo worked with us to ensure the cleaner he used would not irritate the skin of our dogs. The product used was good for them, but could not do as good as the normal cleaning product would have, which Eduardo explained in advance would be the case. We are very satisfied with the service and will use Brilliant Edge again.

Eduardo, the owner, was very professional and pleasant to work with. He had several ladies at my home and he stayed and did some work himself. He and the ladies were thorough and tireless. They were at my home for 5 hours did a "Spring Clean". My house has not looked this good since I moved in two years ago. The rate was appropriate for the work I asked to be done. I am VERY pleased and my husband will tell you, when it comes to my house being clean, I'm tough to please.
