A-1 Chimney Sweeps

I wanted to hire them but they made it super hard. They were nice, prompt about following up prior to scheduling, and scheduled me in without much lead time. However, they didn't show up, didn't call, and when I called them and left a message wondering why they didn't show and to see if they could still come out, I never got a call back. This could be a one off, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Maybe yours will be better!

My son and I both had an appointment with A1 Chimney Sweeps for Monday 11/19/18. They were supposed to be at my son’s @ 9:00 a.m and, my house immediately after. My son finally called them to cancel, they apologized but, offered no explanation and wanted to reschedule. We declined, are going with Daniel’s. Would have been nice if they would have called to inform us they were not coming. Would not recommend.

From the initial phone contact with Linda, my concerns were put at ease and clearly she expressed the company's desire that we don't spend any more money that is necessary. Their schedules were packed and we made an appointment about a month away. She called me back in a few days and gave me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. The 2 gentlemen that came were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, neat, and made the experience an easy, less expensive project. I'm thankful that there are those who are still out there that have great customer service, expertise, very reasonable pricing and good honest personable worth ethic. Bravo...I will tell anyone and everyone about your work! Thank you.

The entire experience was excellent. They were quick yet thorough and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Standard chimney cleaning service and inspection of flue firebox, and chimney cap. Two individuals did the work, very clean and professional. Time of job, about 45 minutes
