RCS Door Service

He noticed that my door needed some maintenance and the original installer (Sears) did not install a stabilizer bar correctly. He took that bar off and reinstalled in a stronger place, oiled, balanced and did a bunch of other stuff. My door is better now than I have ever had from original installations. He was on time, professional, explained everything I inquired about, and cleaned up his own mess and packaging afterwards. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in over a decade! He is TOTALLY worth a little more than the other guys :)

Same day service. Rod explained the repair and the cost of the service. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, but did not try to sell services or products that were not yet needed. His emphasis was on extending the life of the garage door for as long as possible before replacing.

It went very very well. They came out almost immediately and the owner was very cheerful. I also felt the price was reasonable.

Called and left a message. Returned call the next day. Made appointment for Monday(it was a Friday). Called ahead of time. Showed up on time and went right to work. I had never had an inspection of the door so he seen there was a crack in the bottom door. He added an additional railing for $50.00 but it would prevent my door from cracking and having to replace the whole thing. He took about 45 minutes doing the job. Did a tune up of my wiring and the belt drive. He also anchored down my garage door sensors. He left his card and I paid cash.

First of all, Rod was very responsive, provided an estimate on the phone, which was way less then I originally thought it would be, an informed me on the call that the $160.00 would not only include the spring repair/replacement, but that it would also include a full safety check (i.e. lube, verify all other parts where in good condition, etc.). He informed me up front that if anything needed to be replaced, he'd let us know and that there could be additional charges. After all was said and done, inspected, etc... it still only cost $160.00 total. This is a very reasonable price for great service! I will call Rod in the future, if I ever have any garage issues. I just purchased a new home in bad need of a garage door repair. It had a broken spring and was all crooked with rollers popping off and just plain neglected. I called RCS and Rod called and offered to come out same day, but made an appointment for a couple of days later. He showed up on time and got straight to work. He replaced the the spring and made that beat up door work better than any door I have ever owned, for less than the estimate! I will be using RCS in the future for any work needed.

I'm a widow he came to my home very professional,friendly and helpful he went right to work got the job done quick and fast my door opens quieter now. I will call him again if there is a problem again.

Took maybe 20 minutes for him to replace both springs.

The guy that came was prompt. He was on time. When I called him, he was probably 25 or 30 miles away and he came directly to my house. He did the repairs in a couple of hours and charged a reasonable fee. He did a great job. The garage door is still functioning properly.

They came to rescue when my original garage door spring broke. They replace my door with a new one and I didn't have to get a new garage door opener either !! All done in one day and they took the old door and stuff away as well. I will certainly call on them if ever I need another door.he

The person that came out took his time figuring out the issue. He actually fixed it very quickly; it was something so simple that I felt really dumb. He said that since he was here, he would look it over. He made sure that everything was looking good. I asked for some estimates on the little garage door windows because a couple of mine are broken. They called me back within a couple of days and gave me some pricing. I didn't end up doing that but they had good follow through. They were very friendly and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

TECHNICIAN WHO ARRIVED DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS ELECTICAL. HE DID MAKE SEVERAL REPAIRS TO THE DOOR SO IT WOULD OPERATE BETTER. HE HOOKED UP AN EXTENSION CORD UNTIL THE ELECTRICIAN COULD COME IN.
