AAI TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

After finding a large black widow spider in our garage I went about finding a pest control company to have them come treat our home. We weren t crazy about killing all the spiders because we know they eat other bugs, but felt like it was necessary because our the black widow and our infant daughter. I called a couple places and got prices and then asked about the chemicals used. AAI said they used eco-friendly products that were completely safe for our daughter and pet. They were maybe $15 more than other quotes I got over the phone, but the eco products made the decision for me. I was a little late for the appt., but they were waiting for me and gave me no grief about being a little late. Their guy Phillip was really great. He explained what he was going to do and answered all the questions I had about the products he was using and their safety and was very professional and friendly. We ve been working on a remodel for over a year and I ve hired quite a few contractors in that time and it was nice to have one exceed my expectations for a change.

SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND COMPLETE. I FELT THAT THE ESTIMATE, AND ULTIMATELY, THE PRICE, WERE FAIR, AND CONSISTENT WITH THE INDUSTRY. THE WORK WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY AS WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PIDGEON PROBLEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY WAS EFFECTIVE IN THE WORK DONE. THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING WAS EASY AND CONVENIENT AND THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND OVERALL SERVICE WAS SATISFACTORY.
