Tech did not diagnose the issue properly the first time, and then had to wait weeks only to be told the part needed was NLA. And no out-of-the-box solution to repair other than sending the original part in and waiting and 8 -12 weeks. Completely unacceptable. I think what really frosted me was calling them 3x to get status and never a return call. Finally drove out to their shop.

Repair person immediately recognized the cause of the problem and performed the needed cleaning.

He didn't perform any miracles but it may be that there were no miracles to perform. (The repair estimate turned out to be about the same as a new washer but the estimate seemed reasonable for what was required.)

I have used St Helena's appliance repair for many years. We had them out a few years ago and they fixed an old fridge we had and they were great. Since then I used them to fix my freezer and my dryer. The freezer wasn t too costly and the dryer was under warranty. Recently I was given a fridge and it stopped working, so when I called them they came right out, so I did not loose any food or anything in my fridge or freezer. They are always very punctual and do good work. It only cost about $40 to fix the fridge.

We used them when we needed appliances repaired. We were satisfied with their work, so when we buy new we also bought from them. We think they were highly competent which is why we use them repeatedly.
