Great
Description of Work: Examined fridge as the refer section was freezing produce. Said computer probably going. We had installed new computer 2 years ago and fridge is only 9yrs old. Repair person said that is about its useful life. We are dumping this GE and just bought a new Whirlpool. Hope it performs better. Will use Zajic again and will recommend to friends.

Description of Work: My dryer was making a loud drum noise. The service person came out , described the needed repairs and after discussion it was decided that I was not going to repair it but instead would buy another dryer. He did not restore the dryer to it's prior working state and charged me $65.00 for a service call and $22 for labor. I think this is outrageous. I was not warned of this outrageous fee before he came out. I used this company because of Angie's list ratings but would NEVER do so again. I intended to go to Zajic's to shop for a new dryer but did not because of this experience.

Description of Work: diagnosed the reason my 5 year old Maytag frig was not cooling. Quickly recognized the problem and seemed familiar with the situation. Gave good advise about the considerations in choosing to repair versus purchasing a new one.
