Description of Work: They came out multiple times to try and remediate the problem but ultimately, we're unable to fix it. In the interest of time, I replaced the 3 year old appliance. They still charged me for the visit.

Description of Work: Refrigerator repair. Service was prompt, thorough, polite, and fairly priced. Technician explained what happened and what was needed.

Description of Work: They repaired our 10 year old Kitchenaid microwave. The repair team was very knowledgeable and friendly. A small part on the fan mounting hardware was broken during the removal of the microwave, perhaps due to the non-standard mounting. Zajic took full responsibility, ordered a complete new fan and replaced it at no cost to us. Excellent company.

Description of Work: Came out twice, once to evaluate/order parts for my refer, second time to install parts and repair. I think their service tech was named Gary, and he met all expectations; professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. Even asked if there was anything else he could do, and fixed my oven. Zajic has been my first call and will be next time.

Description of Work: I was given a 2-hour window for the repairman to show up. He was there at the beginning of the time window. | |The repairman figured out that a motor in my refrigerator's freezer was heating up and stopping, causing the motor to shut down as it cooled. This lead my frozen goods thawing out. | |The repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. The repairman also cleaned out the freezer interior.

Description of Work: removed my above-stove microwave (dead), replaced with a new hood; took away all old materials. also replaced refrigerator door handles and dishwasher closing mechanism.

Description of Work: Changed Damper door in refrigerator. Quickly done. Made it look easy. Professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Not sure of date of service, or cost, but I have parts and receipts. Diagnosed dishwasher repair as needing entire new wiring (due to rodent damage). He told me I might as well buy a new unit, repair very expensive. Sold me a new part to repair fridge that didn't fix problem. Later I had a GE guy and he properly diagnosed fridge problem and my warranty got me a new fridge. It was a freon leak, part I purchased not problem. A handyman I have used looked at dishwasher, reconnected 1 wire and it's run great ever since. I would never call them again.

Description of Work: Dishwasher installation was scheduled the last time we used this company. We have used them in the past for gas stove issues. Will definitely continue to use them in the future! Excellent and prompt customer service!!!

Description of Work: Zajic diagnosed problems with our built-in microwave, the overhead hood for our stove, and our clothes washer. They did repairs as needed. The service required two trips because the microwave needed a rebuild of its circuit board. All work was done to our satisfaction. These are good, honest people and we enjoyed working with them.
