Description of Work: I have used them on repair of my dishwasher and on another occasion, the repair of our oven. I can say they are the best service contractor I have ever used. Their prices are excellent. I even called once because my microwave wasn't working relative to the digital panel. The person I spoke to gave me a tip on resetting the panel by turning off the power to the unit which I did and it worked. They didn't try to gouge me and saved me money. I would recommend this company very highly.

Description of Work: My dryer stopped working. It turned out to be only an outer knob that was broken. I like Zajic and have used them before. They are usually very good, professional and responsive, but this time they were late. Also, I ordered the knob but they forgot to call me about the knob being in and couldn't even find my paperwork. Not their best effort.

Description of Work: Put dryer baffle back in place. Replaced motor and bearings on washer. Technician was very professional. Replacement parts needed to be ordered but were received within a day or two. Once parts were received, immediately scheduled technician to come and install. The technician was thoughtful about the cost of replacement parts and gave me the option to replace or not. I appreciated that.

Description of Work: Sold and installed new dishwasher. My gripe, which accounts for some low ratings, is that the sale carried a $100 rebate, so marked on the invoice, but when the mfr sent the gift card it was for only $50. My inquiry to Zajic's went unanswered - she said she would look into and advise me, but never did.

Description of Work: Repaired a stuck "Pause" button on our 12 1/2 year old Whirlpool washer. While there are no longer many parts for this particular unit, Bryan found a spare panel (not guaranteed since not a new unit) that worked perfectly. Scheduling was a breeze, Bryan was very courteous and professional. The washer button/panel works great now. Will definitely use Zajic again!
