Description of Work: They removed the ice build-up from the fridge cooling tubes and wrapped the cooling tube with putty to help stop future ice build-up. | |This method worked for 4 months only BUT this was initially communicated to me that this fix was not a 100% fix most likely. | |They advised the only way to fix the issue for sure was to contact the fridge maker (Samsung) and have them come and replace the whole cooling raidiator...I called Samsung recently and this replacement is over 400 dollars.

Description of Work: They delivered a air conditioner and refrigerator. Everything was delivered intact and on time. No pressure from the sales people, just the facts. Questions answered quickly and documentation provided. All in all, a very good experience...and this is coming from a person that hates shopping in brick and mortar stores.

Description of Work: Repaired an refrigerator ice maker | |Professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed an issue with the emitter board. Ordered the board on Jan 23rd but didn't get it installed until Feb 2nd. The emitter board was needed, but didn't fix the entire problem. Had to have them come out a second time. On the second attempt they diagnosed a bad motor 'module.' Ice maker was finally fixed on Feb 5th. | |The price for the parts was better than I could find online, so that was a positive. The $95 service call to come to Rocklin was a bit high. Apparently the service call charge is lower if they don't have to go to outlying areas. Note that the service call was only charged for the first visit. | |I will probably find a local repair person next time to save on the extra cost of the service call for them to come to Rocklin. You might want to ask them what their service call charge is before hiring them.

Description of Work: Our wall oven died. It was a small oven custom fit in a cabinet enclosure. Zajic removed and replaced the old oven with a brand new Maytag, and even did the cabinet modification for the custom fit. What an excellent job, and reasonable too! I thoroughly recommend Zajic for appliances, installation and repair. Great people.. please use them!
