He did a very professional job. Showed up on time, did a thorough job checking the fittings for leaks, took the dryer apart to watch it run through a few cycles and then pronounced it good. He also gave suggestions on how to best position the dryer for optimal venting since the vent outlet in my place is very close to the dryer.

The guy who delivered the washer was friendly and professional. He charged $45 to deliver the new washer and take the old one away, which seemed very reasonable.

Superb experience. I called them from the airport on my way out of town. They entered my house, repaired the fridge, had reconnected it to the outlet and water supply and left an invoice on the kitchen counter. It was almost like the fridge repair fairies had visited while I was away on business and solved my problem. I mailed a check the following day and the fridge has performed flawlessly ever since.

They did a wonderful job. They entered the house while I was on a business trip. They were careful to not let the cat out and when I got home from my business trip two days later, the fridge was humming and a note was left on my kitchen counter telling me that all was good. The service was exceptional, reasonably priced and the staff were most trustworthy.

I have used Zajic's for 4 years and never once have had a complaint. They are prompt, efficient and completely trustworthy. They give great, friendly service and I appreciate the fact they are a small, family run business that really cares about their customers.

It went really well. I rang the company to schedule an appointment, received a date for later in the week. The serviceman showed on-time, was polite, communicative, and efficient. The work took about 20 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. The cost seemed on the high side, but I have no complaints. The unit cost $150, another (expected) $100 for the house call.

The dishwasher now dries as it should. It works great!

Went better than expected; technician came to diagnose problem 2 days after I called them; he ordered the necessary part which came in about a week; they were concerned that tile grout up against microwave might be damaged when removing microwave; they were able to remove the microwave without damaging anything; I rescheduled for them to come back to do actual repair; they gave me estimated time frame in morning that they would arrive; they arrived within that time; had to sign waiver that wouldn't be responsible for tile grout damage; the technician and his helper removed the microwave, set it on padding so the stove/microwave would not be scratched up; replaced the motor fan and straightened up the vent door so it would open up properly since it was crooked when the home builder installed it; they tested the exhaust fan and door to make sure it worked before reinstalling the microwave into the wall space; work was done efficiently.

The technician arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem when the cabinet was removed. He had the replacement hose in his truck and the machine was functional in less than 15 minutes. The technician was polite, professional, and effective. The replacement hose was a little expensive. I had to replace it again before I solved the rat access problem. I replaced it for less than $5 for the hose and two new hose clamps. Most of the cost was the minimum service call fee.

The repairman came out on a Saturday and diagnosed the a problem with the machines transmission. The part had to be ordered and he returned with it a week later. After installing the new part, the machine still made the banging noise when starting out in the spin cycle. He re-diagnosed the problem as a faulty basket drive. Again, another part had to be ordered and brought back a week later. He installed the new basket drive and left the new transmission in. I was not charged for the basket drive or for the additional labor.

Everyone at Zajic was friendly and helpful, from the person who took the service order to the repair person. The repair person diagnosed both problems immediately and repaired them within 20 minutes. The repair person was prompt, efficient and worked neatly. He explained each problem and how he was solving each cheerfully and in plain English. Overall, I was very impressed and would highly recommend Zajic Appliance.

Showed up on time, did competent work, fixed the problem. Replaced part was definitely defective (no electrical continuity through the heating element).

Very knowledgeable, a great resource for those with vintage homes and appliances.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the repair person. They came within the 3 hour window. They new what they were doing and they provided good additional advice. (replace our old dryer with one that matches the washer...we'll save enough on energy costs to pay for it quickly since it moves so much more air through than the old dryer...won't shrink the clothes as much either)

Excellent customer service. They bend over backwards to make people happy. I bought both my fridge and my stove from them and they are a little pricey but it is worth it because of their service.

Excellent convenience and accomodation in arranging appointment to fit with my schedule. Technician was polite and very thorough. He also took time to explain extra information to me (steps to relighting pilot light myself, etc.). I would call them again, and would recommend them to others.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH ON APPLIANCES. THEY DO TOP QUALITY WORK ON ALL JOBS. THEY OFFER DEPENDABLE SERVICE ALONG WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS, AND I KNOW THEY ARE VERY REPUTABLE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE GREAT PEOPLE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GET IT DONE FAST.

THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT. THEY HAD A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY WERE QUICK TO SCHEDULE US AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE VERY SKILLED AT THEIR JOB. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY NICE AND ABLE TO GET IT RUNNING BY REPAIRING SOMETHING ON THE INSIDE WITHOUT HAVING TO REPLACE THE PART. I FEEL THAT HE WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME MONEY.

THE REPAIR GENTLEMAN WAS COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. I HAD LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ICE MACHINE (E.G. WHEN TO TURN IT OFF IN THE CYCLE, ETC). HE GAVE ME A CRASH COURSE ON THE ICE MACHINE, HOW IT WORKS, AND THAT IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU TURN IT OFF, BECAUSE IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY FINISH THE CYCLE.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE APPLIANCE STORE'S SERVICE. NOT ONLY WERE THEY FAST ABOUT COMING OUT TO THE HOUSE, THEY WERE ALSO TO QUICK TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.
