It was a brief visit and the technician went right to the problem so that was good. He was willing to look at some other things while he was here and give me some recommendations. He gave me a recommendation for a dryer vent cleaning service and left me the card for another visit which was nice. I like that he gave me an Angie's List discount.

I could not recommend this company more. Super nice folk, diagnosed the issue quickly and had it repaired shortly thereafter. A great experience and I will not hesitate to call them again when my washer or dryer inevitably gives out.

The telephone is answered by a person, not voice mail. They worked with me on arrival time and held to the time. Fortunately, the repair was minor and completed quickly. The technician took time to explain the problem and left everything clean and put away.

You can't expect more than what I experienced, Came when expected, figured out the problem, replaced the offending part and was on his way....Success! Washer runs fine!

I have used them on very interesting and specific needs for parts and service. They have been helpful, courteous, and provided excellent service. They also sell appliances in the store which is helpful when researching a specific project.

It was an old dishwasher. I knew exactly what part of the dishwasher was wrong. I gave them that information over the phone. They knew exactly which part I was referring to when I described it over the phone. They came with the correct part and replaced it promptly. They repaired the dishwasher quickly and efficiently. It is working fine now.

We called Zajic and they were able to set an appointment within a few days. The arrived promptly, assessed the malfunction, quickly repaired it, and clearly explained what had happened. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Fixed broken belts and recommended we keep aged dryer because it was otherwise in good condition - saved us lots of $$ since we were thinking of buying a new dryer. Repaired dryer works great now!

Went great. They accommodated my schedule and Repairman was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Gave tips for my vintage stove and tuned her up to perfection.

Refrigerator was not working. arrived within an hour of my first call to the company. opened up the frig and investigated the problem. gave us favorable information which contradicted info from another company. discovered intermittent compressor problem. thoroughly explained our options and stayed to completely clean up.

Fortunately their tech Joe was just finishing a job and could be over in an hour. I know this part was pure luck. Getting same day service on any appliance is a miracle. Joe was on time. He is not a small talker, strictly business, but he knows his refrigerators. Thank goodness he had the part he needed on the truck. That was worth the price alone.

Dishwasher wasn't draining completely. Called Zajic and they came out promptly giving me a 2-hour window which was great. Richard arrived within the window and did a thorough check (including filter, water hoses and food disposal) and diagnosed that the control unit was faulty. Gave me a 10% discount from the phone book coupon. Since the repair was going to cost as much as I paid for the dishwasher, I wanted to see if it was going to be better just to buy a new one. Zajic gave me a $30 discount coupon to be used in their appliance store. Decided to go ahead with the repair and called and placed a part order. Order taker forgot to process order with supplier and I had to go in again and ask about why it hadn't arrived. Natalie placed the order again and it arrived in 2 days. Zajic again gave a 2 hour window for arrival time and Steve came out to replace the controller. He was very efficient, running the machine to make sure it drained, and was in and out in a 1/2 hour. The new controller seems to have fixed the problem. Left the replaced part as proof of repair.

We Decided to go with the new motor since the dishwasher was not very old. Repairman ordered the parts needed.,... with parts and labor came to $377.12. After waiting for 3 days the part came in and we were scheldule for next day repair. Repairman was prompt and professional. He then began his work but after about 45 minutes informed us that he could not get our dishwasher out to replace the motor because with all of our remodeling and new floors and granite counter tops,that it was impossible. He assured us that this was not unusual, and that Zajic carried several dishwahers that were made shorter just for this reason.We went in and bought a new diswasher. Installers then came to cut out old dishwasher to install new one...found that they could get the old one out,as the first installer was not able to do. So we opted to go with repairing the motor ,because the older dishwasher was a much better model than the one we picked out at Zajic.Zajic then had the repairman come back that same day and replaced the motor. Minus the money for the motor we were returned the balance we paid for the new diswaher. Overall we were satified with our service, and the promptness and professionalism of the their staff.

Over the phone, Zajic was very responsive and agreed to come out while the tenant was home. They also agreed that before doing any actual work, to first phone me and let me know their diagnosis. This would allow me to not miss any work. However, the technician did not phone me, and just took care of the problem, (presumably because it could be done in less than 15 minutes and would not require any new parts). Not having received any phone call, I assumed that they didn't show up; however, when I phoned the tenants later that afternoon, they let me know what happened. I was very happy with the work and the price, but I wish they had followed through with their commitment to keep me in the loop. That being said, I would hire them again-- I would just be there myself while they did the work.

Overall, this was a smooth, convenient transaction.

After reading the referrals for appliance repair, I called Zajic. They put me on the schedule for the next day, but couldn't tell me what time. They said to call back the next day for the two-hour window. When I called the following day, they gave me a 9-11am time frame. Then called me again when the repair guy was on his way, estimating he'd be here in 30 minutes, which he was. The repair guy, Mark, took one look at the problem and said my drain was plugged. Twenty minutes later, he'd cleared the plug and installed an "inductive heater" element to eliminate future problems of this sort. He said this problem was common in GEs and Whirlpools. Maytag doesn't have this issue apparently.

New gas range bought, delivered and connected up, all professionally and per expectations.

They squeezed me in on a Saturday, after initially saying the earliest appointment was Monday (the earliest date several contractors gave me). The repairman was polite and pleasant. The replacement of the relay switch was done quickly. I couldn't ask for better service.

Each technician has provided excellent service.

When I called to schedule an appointment, I described the problem and said that it was an old dryer, so I was concerned about spending a lot to fix it. The person I spoke with said it sounded like it was probably the belt and would cost about $100. Justin arrived during the appointment window, diagnosed the problem, had a belt of the correct size on his truck, and replaced it in about 20 minutes. He then tested the dryer to make sure everything worked.

I called Zajic on a Thursday to schedule an appointment, and they were available that Friday or Saturday. I chose Saturday, and someone came and fixed the microwave that morning. The repairman was professional and friendly.

They were very professional. I would have liked the service center to have been a little faster as it sat for two days before they were able to look at it. It may have just been a busy time, but I don't know. I purchased a new microwave elsewhere once we determined it was not really worth fixing. The same item was $150.00 cheaper where I got it versus Zajic's price. Staff there were very helpful and informative. I felt they were straight with me and I appreciate that.

Contact over the phone as I am out of state and a guest is living in my house. They were very helpful in every way and made a potentially awkward situation easily solved.
