Justin was on time, very professional and provided good information. Did a great job cleaning and vacuuming as well.

The scheduler on the phone was nice and the service man who came out the next day was prompt and professional. He opened it up and looked at it. Spent At MOST 30 minutes here. Said we needed a new panel and wiring kit and he'd check on the parts and call us back with an estimate. But they never called us back. When I called, they acted like it was a common occurrence for the customer to have to call. They lost us at that. We ordered the parts and decided take the time and do it ourselves. We got the parts retail form Sears for LESS than what Zajic quoted us. The only problem is, they stripped the screw heads and my husband's now working on getting them out. AND we jut got a bill from Zajic saying we never responded to their estimate and charging us $92 - $70 for the service call and $22 for labor. Really? All they did was strip the screws and not call back.....

This was the second time that we've used Zajic and we'll continue to use them any time we need service on our major appliances. Our first experience was when our Sears washing machine needed to be rebuilt and Justin was wonderful. He spent the entire afternoon getting the job done so we would not be without a washer over the weekend. He worked with us on the price and gave us a discount as it was an unexpected big job. I'll never buy from Sears again but will head straight to Zajic when we need a new washer. This time it was our dryer and Justin diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He quickly and professionally replaced a fuse and gave some advice about preventative care. He was on time for the appointment, very polite and very professional. We really like supporting local companies that are this well run and do such good quality work.

These guys were great as our freezer broke during a big hot spell here in Sacramento. A message left on Sunday was returned first thing Monday and they were able to squeeze us in that morning. fan was replaced and all was well. They applied the Angie's coupon as well.

They called me back a few days later saying that I couldn't have the dishwasher that I bought because it wasn't under the sink. I called the manufacture and they said that issue wouldn't make any difference. I still bought the dishwasher but they charged me $200 more. I was had.

Heating element in 9 yr old GE oven went out. Called Zajic and they responded quickly, were punctual, friendly, professional and worked efficiently. Would definitely call on them for additional repairs. I have also purchased parts for repairs I was able to fix on my own. They had exactly what I needed for my refrigerator and even told me it was common for the particular part to go out. Very happy with them.

Service calls went well. Call # 2 was an immediate response (just happened to catha a service person returning form a prior call).Arrived about 45 Min after being called, Would I use them again? Certainly. No doubt in my mind.

They are very easy to deal with. I have dealt with them for about 25 years and have always been really happy with them. I think they are fairly priced.

I called in the morning to ask if someone could come out to look at my refrigerator. They gave me a time between 3-4 and at 3:15 the technician arrived. See above for what he did. He was great and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair. Also, I used and Angie's List coupon and got 10 % off.

Diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, and got them installed.

When he came out, he tested several things. There ended up being a loose wire. He repaired it for me. They had told me about the service charge upfront. That was all that he charged. He was great.

I read the booklet on my washer and I told him what it said. It clearly stated in the manual that if the light is flashing that you need this specific part. He said that you couldn't tell from that. He ran a bunch of tests and told me that I needed a part that was almost $400. I go ahead and replaced the part and it still was doing the same thing. They gave me a new part and it cost $150 less. They sold me the most exspensive part the first time. A two minute fix became a four day deal. The price was fair because I shopped around. He was also late twice. I am the consumer and I knew more than he did, and that is not why I hired him. I would not use them or recommend them.

They were punctual and the quality of their work was fine. They quickly found the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it.

They are wonderful, consistent, and did a good job.

We like them. We have purchased appliances from them for a long time. They are polite and punctual. Their prices are reasonable. They provide wonderful service. We did have a few questions for them and it took them a couple of days to respond which was frustrating.

They are dependable and knowledgeable. The workers are clean and professional you do not mind having them in your home.

I realized something wasn't quite right in the freezer first (condensation on containers and ice melting) on Wednesday late afternoon. By morning both freezer and fridge were not cooling. I called Sears (because it's a Kenmore) first, but they couldn't come out until Sat. I thought that was too long so called Zagic. They came out the next day right on time (they gave me a two hour window for the appointment, called when they were on the way). The repairman, Mike, asked a few basic questions, pulled out the fridge and got to work. It didn't take long for him to clean the condenser and coils from the back (I had done them from the front) and locate the incapacitated relay. He had a new one on his truck. He left the old part with me,cleaned up and schooled me that the coils should be cleaned every six months.

Actual cost came in below original bid. The work was done efficiently and with real professionalism.

I called yesterday and the repair was scheduled for this morning between 10 and 12:30. Bryan arrived at 10:40. He was polite, well groomed and professional. I told him that I read the reviews on Angie's List and he let me know about the 10% discount for Angie's List customers. He promptly saw what was wrong with the washer and let me know. He told me he could go to the shop and get one to install right away. I was delighted that he could do this because I anticipated thta he would need to order the part. Bryan returned in thirty minutes and quickly installed the part. He gave me the invoice and explained the charges. I paid and he gave me my copy. The machine is back in service!

During the first visit, the service technician, Justin, diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. The replacement part was installed during the second visit. Justin was very curteous and professional during both visits to my home. My dogs really liked him and several of them insisted on trying to "help" him with the repair, lol. I received a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member, so my total bill was less that I expected. Zajic's customer service was exceptional and the next time I need appliance repair, I will call them again.

the control panel on my double wall oven was black out, so i called them and the technician came on a Sat. morning, checked the problem, told me the control panel needed to be replaced. I used a 10% off coupon from Angie's list, the technician came back on another Sat. morning, changed the control panel. Everything works fine especially I can bake the turkey for Thanksgivings.

I like this company because they are knowledgeable and family owned. They are high on customer service and give great and honest advice on appliances. We have been using them for a couple of years and will continue to do so in the future.

The repair person, Gary arrived late morning - clean, well-spoken and professional. He pulled out the refrigerator and determined the problem quickly. After insulating the offending parts, and cleaning the air intake area, he noticed the doors were not hanging correctly. As a courtesy, he quickly adjusted the doors so they were hung well. Gary was very friendly and professional in his demeanor.
