Stage 1: Initial impression on the phone was favorable. I called with a problem and the representative suggested possible causes and approximate costs to address. We set an appointment with a 2-hour window. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I would get a call the following morning with a cost estimate and delivery time for an ordered part. I received the call as scheduled and authorized overnight shipment of the part from Seattle and set a Saturday follow-up appointment for installation. The service rep showed up on time Saturday, installed the part and we thought we were in business. Stage 2: Sunday morning we tried the oven only to discover the same or very similar problem and error code. I left a message on the phone and hoped for a call back Monday. I got the call I hoped for and was told they would try to get someone there as soon as possible. Perhaps we were lucky due to a service reps location, but within a couple of hours a rep was there. He could not duplicate the problem we had experienced but indicated he checked everything and may have ?fixed? the error by rebooting/resetting the circuit board. No problems since and we hope it is a permanent fix. In both stages, and during all 3 visits, the reps were professional, punctual, friendly, and very service oriented. We would definitely use Zajic again.

The technician was extremely polite, neat and he did a great job. He went beyond the average job and showed me my handle was almost coming off. He fixed that and never mad a mess.

We have used this firm now for repairs to a dishwasher, stove top, clothes dryer and, most recently, clothes washer. Obviously, we have been satisfied with their service. In every case, they have arranged a service call the day after we called, and we have found all of the technicians to be friendly, competent and professional. From what we can tell, while each technician seems to have general repair skills, those that we've worked with appear to specialize in a given appliance. Certainly, that was so in the most recent case with Justin, who worked patiently to discover the source of our problem with a clothes washer that suddenly was unable to complete a cycle. It was a tricky challenge in that while it appeared to be a problem with the washer's timer, it turned out to be caused by an add-on device intended to shut down water supply should a hose burst. In all respects, Justin was a pleasure to work with. And his charges were eminently reasonable. After years of playing roulette in the Yellow Pages searching for a reliable appliance repair firm, we believe we have found one through Angies.

I did not know why a stove in one of our apartments did not light. They discovered that the electrical cord providing power for the ignition was not adequate. We replaced the cord and it now works fine.

Would highly recommend. First Tech Justin diagnosed the problem quickly and was very nice. He called immediately to see if part was unstick, which it was, gave me the price and asked how I heard about them. He told me someone would be out the following morning with the part. The next morning, another repairman showed up, replaced the part quickly and was very nice, made small talk while he was here. I would highly recommend.

Very systematic. Not too much, not too little. One step at a time. Now it works great. And I know how to prevent a recurrence.

Ordered the required interface part, put in the new part, re-inspected the clothes dryer and the dryer worked perfectly. Also cleaned out the built up lint from inside the dryer.

The technician was punctual and professional. I was concerned that my refrigerator was only a year old, and had a problem of water collecting and freezing under the bottom freezer basket. He explained that this was a fairly common problem with that particular brand, and that there was a simple solution to the problem. He replaced a small valve in about 45 minutes. I so appreciated his honesty and efficiency. I am thankful to Angie's List for providing me with this appliance service. I would definitely call upon them again, and I am recommending Zajic's to my friends.

Everything went well. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and informative, finished the job quickly, and charged a fair price for his services.

They were on time, dianosed the problem quickly and came back later the same day to replace the part. I was very pleased with the service and price.

Gary was the technician who came to solve our problem. There was a great deal of frost on the left side of our freezer drawer. He determined that the seal was not properly adhereing, perhaps caused by something having fallen in that area and making the seal misshappen. He removed the frost and heated the seal so that it could adhere to the wall of the drawer. Gary was speedy and professional. He also advised me on another unrelated issue. Very nice.

I have a 35 year old dryer and they knew exactly what might be wrong just from their knowledge. They fixed it so quickly and were truly tremendous.

Their diagnostic skills are superb. They came out and they found the problem immediately and did a full check to make sure nothing else was wrong.

Zajic had a bit of a scheduling mix up - they sent a technician out to my house on 8/23/13, rather than 8/28/13 as agreed upon. I wasn't home to meet with them, and they left a message on my voicemail, sounding a bit frustrated. Unfortunately, I was out of cell reception all weekend, so I didn't receive their message until Sunday evening. I called them back on Monday, and they were very nice about the mix up, getting me back on the schedule the right day. They handled the situation very well. On 8/28/13, Gary arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He worked efficiently, explained what he was doing and even gave me tips to repair a fridge at our rental property! The cost for replacing the ice maker motor was high, but he did a good job and I felt that he was trustworthy. I would definitely use again!

I called Zajic when my dryer stopped working and Robert came out the very next day. He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He thoroughly inspected the dryer and determined the motor was going out. Gave me an immediate quote for the repair and offered a few options if we were looking to replace it instead. I would highly recommend calling Zajic for washer/dryer repairs. Very honest people!

1. Diagnosed ice dispenser as needing a new motor and will come back to replace. 2. Didn't explain hot water dispensing. 3. Said the ice maker was just turned "off" and was fine. 3. Didn't address noise. Technician leaves. 1. Water still comes out hot. 2. Ice maker still doesn't make ice. 3. Refrigerator still making annoying noise. I then pulled the fridge away from the wall (something the technician didn't do) and saw that water had been leaking from fridge for so long that the wood floor and surrounding cabinets were sponges. Called to get a different technician to come back. Manager on phone was condescending. Different technician came out. He was also condescending. Second technician fixes ice maker, dispenser and related leaks for $400 that should not have included the first visit. Now I am also paying a second repair company fix the noise.

He arrived on time. He was professional and skilled. By diagnosing the problem, he discovered that the problem was a $5 switch which solved the problem. He accepted the Angie's list coupon. Would definatly recommend and do business again with.

The freezer in my Samsun refrigerator had began to over-freeze, making the door unable to shut, thus, causing ice to melt and run all over my kitchen floor. Called Zajic, based on the many excellent reviews on Angie's List - The customer service woman was excellent, took my information and told me to call the next morning to receive my two hour window for my appt. The next morning I called and received my window - David Zajic arrived right on time, was polite and professional...took one look at the problem and said he was pretty sure he knew what was wrong. (Apparently, this is a common problem with Samsung models.) David, quickly and expertly dismantled the freezer, showed and explained to me in detail what was happening, and how he was going to fix the problem. (Too many details to list, but he was awesome!) Within 45 minutes the job was completed, freezer was put back together, and the slight mess was cleaned up. He was happy to accept the 10% off coupon I had printed courtesy of Angie's List, and thanked me for my business. This is the model in which all companies should do business! I will use them in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family!

They were reasonably priced, prompt, courteous and thorough. I would reccomend them to others.

Every aspect of our experience with this company was very professional from setting up the appointment to the Justin the technican arriving on time for the appointment. Justin was very polite and very efficient at diagnosing and correcting the problem. If the need arises to use their services in the future I will call them again without hesitation.

Everything went well. The general manager who sold the unit to us was very friendly and professional, the technician did a good job with the installation, and the price was very fair.

We called because of the good reviews on Angie's List. The service was professional, our repairperson knew their trade, and we were very satisfied. The repair involved two trips to our home because our repairman did not have the part on his truck that was needed. However, he came back in one or two days with everything needed. He had our dryer working well enough that we could use it on a temporary basis. The cost of parts and labor was much better than we have incurred with other appliance repair businesses. Additionally, he fixed a minor scratch on my dryer, without cost, so I was very happy about that. We are very pleased and will use Zajic Appliance again and we heartily endorse this business.

Initial assessment visit tech was very courteous and professional. He confirmed which part needed to be ordered and said it should be delivered within two days. Received call the next day that the part was in and schedule the replacement. Next tech arrived on time and called prior to arrival. Replaced the part carefully without a water mess.

It was a bigger job than you would think, so the labor dollars accumulated quickly. The repair was needed because the gasket had become stained with mildew after 10 years of use. The guy had to take the washer apart to a great extent to replace the giant rubber piece that seals the door. He arrived on time and it is now like a brand-new machine.
