They recommended that I'd need to buy a whole new unit from another Whirlpool dealer. It took about a half hour to figure out the problem. The ice buildup had ruined the freezer part of my unit. I plan on having this company back out to fix my dishwasher.

I have dealt with them many times in the past. I think they do a very good job for a fair price. They usually have what I want and they explain it well, and they deliver on time. The guy who came gave us a break on the price because it is an LG refrigerator, which LG has a little problem with repairs. They are very fair on price. The quality of service was excellent. They always are very responsive and very professional.

Went very smoothly, tech was on time, diagnosed problem, made repairs, was careful when pulling out stove not to scratch laminate floors, used skids for this.

Justin showed up at 11 which was within the designated time frame of 8-12. He ran the rinse cycle and determined that it was the bearings. He called the office, ordered the part and told me he would call when the part came in from Fresno. He dismantled the washer and got down to the tub to only discover that he couldn't get the casing which holds the bearings off. He apologized, stated that he would take it back to the shop where he had access to more tools. This was way better than him breaking it which I was afraid of. Also, it was taking longer than expected and he knew I had to go to work. I asked if this affected my quote and to my surprise he said no :) We arranged for him to come back on Saturday. He called Friday and stated there was a rusted part that needed to be replaced which was another $40. If I recall correctly he thru that in. He brought the finished product back and between this and me cleaning the other yucky parts it was like I had a new washer! After he left it made a ticking sound which I called him about. He came back the next day and ficed a loose part on the door. Highly recommended.

Smoothly. Jason had the pump on his truck and replaced it with no drama. We like no drama. He also reminded me that member's of Angie's list get a discount and that showed up on my bill. Good job Jason!

It went very well. First person out came out and couldn't diagnose the issue but went back researched and called us back within the same day on what was wrong and ordered the part and an expert came out later after the past arrived and performed the water sensor replacement work on the dish washer and that fixed it. My wife used to use extended cycles prior to this and now she uses normal cycles. Great service but I would have liked the price to be around $150 and I paid $182.01 after a 10% discount.

I have used Zagic for 25 years and would not consider any other place to purchase home appliances or repairs. I am always very happy and get better service than I expected. Very reliable as are the sales associates so I recommend for both service and sales.

I called for service because our dryer was not drying the clothes on either the programmed settings or timed dry. We did observe that the gas was coming on in the dryer, but not staying on. A load of wet clothes would take about 4 hours to dry. I called and made an appointment. I was quoted a cost of $70 to come to our home (I provided our address and explained that we live on the outskirts of Elk Grove in a rural area) plus $X amount per 15 or 20 minutes til job completion. The repair person took the dryer apart and found trapped lint in the bottom of the dryer and explained to me that his assessment of the situation was that the vent running from the back of the dryer behind the wall and up to the roof was likely clogged and without proper air movement, the dryer gas was being shut off while on perhaps because the thermostat was getting too hot??. He demonstrated that after removing the venting, the dryer gas was coming on and staying on and drying the contents. He put the dryer back together and suggested we temporarily vent the dryer to the window in the laundry room then provided me with the name of a company that can clean the dryer vent. He did not have a vent hose available. He said he was all out. He suggested I ask my husband to pick up a vent hose at the hardware store. The only issue I had was when it was time to pay for the service. He commented to me that he thought our location was outside of the $70 service area , however, because we have an Elk Grove address, I was quoted a $70 charge. He said I really should be charged $80. I explained to him that I was quoted $70 over the phone after making the appointment and providing my address. He then commented that I could pay the $80. The only comment I made was to ask him if he was the owner of the business. He said no. I then wondered why he even brought it up. If his company made a mistake in quoting that charge, that should have been transparent to me. He should have brought that up after the service call with the appropriate person. He did go out of his way to make a call to get me the name of the company that cleans dryer vents. I appreciated that he took the time to get that information for me.

I called them and they came within 45 minutes. The refrigerator was 16 years old. He diagnosed all of it's ailments and had to call it's demise. He was pleasant, informative and courteous.

It turned out that I wasn't waiting for a normal lag time between turning the oven on, and having it ignite. I was embarrassed but relieved when I asked the technician how much that little bit of idiocy would cost me. He waved it off, and said to call them back whenever we need them. I will call you, Zajic. I will call you.

He was polite and new what he was doing. He also cleaned up after himself and he was here about 30 minutes.

Had to order a part, when it came in the week after Christmas the service person returned put the part in and was gone within a half hour.

Excellent response time and follow-up.

It went perfectly and without a hitch of any kind. They removed the old stove top vent fan and installed the beautiful new one.

Ordered and replaced in wall microwave unit with trim. Excellent service.

Service rep. suggested that a new unit would be in the best interest and I agreed. He made some recommendations which I appreciated and we took it from there. The end result was very easy to achieve and I ended up buying a refrigerator from his company. As of this date, 1/15/14, we are very pleased. And I should add that part of my service cost was applied toward the new unit.
