+ -1 moreThe service was great - they were extremely responsive and professional, and didn't try to oversell services. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I was having issues with a Dell laptop. Other repair services said it was likely a failing hard drive or issues with the operating system, so I expected the worst case scenario. I sent an email to the address on the Yoga Bear website and got a response within 30 minutes (on a Saturday morning!). Mike followed up with a phone call to get more information, and provided a few options. A technician picked up the laptop from our house the same day and provided a not to exceed estimate. Fortunately, it was a "best case" situation, and Theo fixed the issues quickly. He recommended additional malware, and provided recommendations for hard drive options if the time comes to replace the hardware.

+ -1 moreI had used Yoga Bear once before to fix my computer and they did a terrific job. But I was tired of replacing my Dell computer every three years so Michael suggested having one if his techs, Tim, build me one. Wow! I've had my new computer a few months now and I'm loving it. Tim was terrific and sure knows what he's doing. I have the fastest computer ever. The thing I love about Yoga Bear is if I have something that needs to be tweaked - they are able to fix it remotely. It's always my fault and easily resolved in a few minutes. A phone call away! I depend on my computer for business and cannot afford to be without it. I suspect I am not alone.
