Realigned sensor for better contact.

Found West One on Angie's List about 1 this afternoon. Called them, and the problem was fixed by 2:10 pm! This is a 30 year old alarm system that is not made any more, so finding someone to fix it was a long shot. Most want to sell a completely new system. I could not be more pleased with this service. If you had an "A+" rating, West One would get it from us. This was just first rate service all the way.

I contacted the company to have my security system repaired. This company advertised they repaired various systems, and when I spoke with the owner, he told me it was probably a simple repair, but he told me the "worst case" situation also. I knew I couldn't set the system since one or more door or window contacts were broken. The repair rep arrived at the house at the scheduled time and made the repair quickly. I recommend this company highly.

Well, I called on a Monday morning around 8am & to my suprise my phone was ringing within 5 minutes. John Installed 4 Sony close circut video cameras along with door and motion sensors. The job was quite extensive in my eyes but when it was all said & done, my video system became a very important tool at my store & the alarm system has never given me any problems. I have a few rental units. One of my renters had a break in. To give my renters some some peace of mind, I decided to get an alarm installed. A friend referred me to West One Security and told me John was well informed and very fair. I called John and scheduled an appointment to meet him at my rental unit. John met me at my rental. He was on time and was very professional. He looked at the layout, window and door openings and discussed in detail about the different types of systems and monitoring packages that were available. There was never a "hard sell". John asked a number of questions to get a good understanding of my security needs, then educated me on my options. He gave me a number of different product choices, monitoring options and monitoring companies, then helped me make an informed decision. His tech, Eduardo, came out the following week and installed my system. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable about the system and professional. John followed up a few weeks later to see how everything was going. John was knowledgeable and helpful...not once did I feel like I was just another sale/commission. My experience with John, Edwardo and West One Security exceeded my expectations.
