Description of Work: A part on my water heater that was still under warranty went out and the manager was helpful in alerting me to that fact and reducing the cost of the repair. The technician, John, installed the part and was prompt, professional and very helpful. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: WHO replaced a leaking outbound hot water line from my water heater. They showed up on time, fixed it promptly, and I haven't had any problems with it since then. I plan to use them whenever I need to have the water heater fixed or replaced.

Description of Work: I called them to see if my old water heater could be fixed. Guy stated that they don't do any work on water heaters that old. He then gave me a quote for a tankless water that was over $7,000, without going through any alternatives that might be lower cost or more practical, given we are in a drought. Another company came out, relit the old water heater and figured out what was wrong, took a look at the tankless option, and gave me reasons why that was not the best option for my house, gave me a quote. I went with that company.

Description of Work: Had used Water Heaters Only about 9 yrs ago to install water heater. I wanted to add Tankless system to provide hot water on the other side of house. With pipes located in slab and no way to access hot water pipe we could not do this. |Estimator did excellent job explaining the issue and provided a partial solution |to our problem. Description of Work: Found water in pan from leaking cold fuse line. I purchased this water heater from them in 2009. It was still under warranty and would have been replaced if it was defective. Fuse line was repaired. This company is very responsive to its customers concerns.

I said everything necessary in the above statement.
Description of Work: Our water heater died late Friday evening, Dec 7. I got on Angies list Saturday AM and started calling; one number had been disconnected and then found Water Heaters Only. The call was answered on the first ring and I explained our predicamant. All of our questions were answered satisfactorily and we fully expected not to have someone install a new water heater until Monday. "Nick" said no we could have it done today, Saturday. But he would have to check and see what time a tech was available and that they had been very busy. The tech came about 7:30 PM and was here nearly four hours. Installed the new water heater and cleaned up and was very nice and apologized for it taking so long. Our water heater was in a cabinet on the outside of our garage. It was very cold out, dark and wet. I couldn't believe that we had it done on a Saturday night! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. And Angie's list has been a God send.

Excellent. Why does a major appliance always breaks on a weekend? Called Water Heaters Only, Inc. at 8:00 a.m. They had an opening between noon and 4 but had a cancellation and was there by 8:30 instead. They explained that a water heater that "old" should be replaced. Gave me an estimate between $800 and $1000. That was a sticker shock. I only paid $439.00 in 1998. Called Bonney Plumbing but they quoted approximately the same cost so I decided to go with Water Heaters only. They were the company that installed my previous water heater in 1998 too. It was raining that day but "he" (sorry can't recall his name) explained what was wrong with my other water heater and how he would install the new one. Took about 2 hours and I had "hot" water. I would definitely use this company again! Also the address has "Ras" should be corrected to "Grass Valley".
