+ -1 moreDave and his staff did an outstanding job staging our home, so that we could sell it quickly. After they were done, it looked like a million dollars. They staged the living room, family room, dining room, and master bedroom. They even made the 3 bathrooms and kitchen shine with pride by adding decorations, towels and other items of interest! His price was very fair. He was very easy to work with, punctual and extremely professional. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to stage their home.
Description of Work: Staged our house in order to sell it.

+ -1 moreWe were very skeptical at first about having someone come in and stage our home prior to selling. Dave did an amazing job with picking out the right paint colors and eye catching furniture placement. We strongly feel that Upstage Staging Company had an impact on selling our home so quickly and for more than what we were asking. Not only did Dave provide us with a picture perfect home he also listened to our concerns and needs.
Description of Work: Dave came to our townhouse and did a walk-thru and suggested paint colors and furniture staging.

Upstage Staging Company offers the following services: Home Staging Consultation A consultation is required before any work can be performed in your home, or a report can be written up. An overall assessment of your home will be given, playing up the positive features of your home as well as de-emphasizing the negative features. We will also include verbal suggestions on improving First Impressions, Focal Points, and Flow (this is not an actual Staging session). The walk-through generally lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
We will not purchase your home but we will make sure your home gets sold fast.
