+ 1 moreIt could not have gone better - from the first email requesting a quote to the finished product. Edgar arrived right on time, helped us choose the color, and went to work. I was amazed the whole process took him just 5 hours, including the color consultation, prep work and the faux painting. He is a true artist, with a very pleasing personality and a strong work ethic. The results are beautiful - a huge transformation for our house. I wish I could enclose a photo.
Description of Work: Edgar faux painted our 2 car garage door and the adjacent 1 car garage door to look like wood. The doors were white metal, only a few years old.

+ -1 moreOur garage doors are beautiful. Edgar is an artist as well as a painter and he is meticulous in his application. The faux staining technique is a great addition to metal doors and Edgar obviously takes pride in his work. Both he and Lupita are a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them without reservation.

+ 1 moreLooks awesome, even after 3 years now. it looks great You would never know its a metal door. With a older door I had nothing to lose so I went for it. Door faces my neighbors up the hill; one thanked me having it painted to look like wood. Took the commercial feel and look & feel away.

+ -1 moreI found Unreal Garage Doors on line while looking for another service. When I saw their great website www.unrealgaragedoors .com I contacted them. Lupita got right back to me and asked for pictures of my front door and garage doors. Within minutes she said that it would be no problem for her husband, Edgar to match the colors, sent a quote and we scheduled a day, within 1 week for the job. Edgar, a graphic artist by training, showed up on time and started protecting the surrounding areas. He mixed the paint and I watched him layer on the paint, create knots, wood grain and texture while matching the color and character of our and quot;old worldand quot; front door. He uses paint that contains UV inhibitors to make the job last. When finished Edgar took photos of his work. That should tell you all you need to know about the quality of this work. It's art. Edgar and Lupita are very, very nice people and they deliver great quality and customer service. The real deal.
