The guy did what he said he'd do. Then my gardener says he could have done it for 1/2 price....then again, I'm not a mind reader.

Jon was very communicative and proactive in scheduling the service. willing to start early..7am to give me the "rest of my day off". Very punctual, very efficient. Made recommendations to address amount of clover in lawn.

I had had a few issues with the sprinklers in my yards. In the front yard the main problem was my oscillating sprinkler not oscillating; two of the sprinkler heads were also switched out. In the back yard I had a section of cracked underground pipe replaced, some broken risers replaced, a broken popup replaced, and several nozzles switched out. Overall I was pleased with TurfPro's service. They were on time; they gave me sound advice about my sprinkler setup; and the cost was reasonable for services performed.

I'm hardly ever here when they come, but they always leave a detailed note, letting me know exactly what was done on this visit. The couple of times I've met the specialist, they seem knowledgeable and to care about what they do. I've used them for at least 10 years and am very satisfied with the service they provide. The "professionalism" rating is based entirely on these service people. They are a bit pricier than most similar services, but I think it's worth it. They always send a proposal for anything that goes beyond the monthly service, and it's up to me to respond or not, via mail, or fax. I do wish I could respond via email, but that's a small point, I like the "no pressure" of making the offers and I decide what to do. My only complaint is the poor track record at getting a call back from the office. It's usually about hiring them for a one-time yard cleanup every couple years the last few years. The first time I got a call back after I finally complained, and this second time, well, I'm not going to beg to give someone my business. The first time, they sent a guy to do the one-time yard clean-up I was requesting, and he was absolutely great. I don't know if the front office doesn't deliver messages, or the manager is poor at returning phone calls, but it's my one frustration and the only reason for less than an A rating.

TurfPro proved to be efficient, and, I hope, effective. (That remains to be seen--hopefully none of the trees will suffer insect damage!) The technician who contacted us was courteous and professional, and performed his job effiiciently.

It took a bit longer than I expected to get the date for treatment, but once that was done, they came and went with no fuss. Of course, the proof will come later this summer as to whether it works or not.

They just did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with them. They fertilized, they did leak control, they just do a different treatment every month and my yard looks very nice. I don't have to do any more work and no weeding, no fertilizing. They do everything.

I was pleased with the work.

My lawn had dry spots were the existing irrigation system was not providing adequate coverage. The Turf Pro tech added a few sprinkler heads, moved a few heads and changes some nozzles in the existing sprinkler heads. The cost was about $100 an hour, but the tech solved my problem of dry (brown) spots throughout the lawn during the hottest time of summer.

Mario and the TurfPro team are consistently excellent. The technicians are trained, certified, experienced, meticulous, hard-working, great problem solvers and excellent communicators. They used the best products for the job and came up with well-considered solutions to some of the tough challenges that our garden presented. We now have a completely programmed drip irrigation system that will save us 5+ hours a week of hand-watering time. Thank you Mario, James, Zachary and crew!

We worked with the owner, Mario. He was an absolute expert and was willing and able to thoroughly explain everything. The work was done well, when expected and as expected. They followed up to confirm that we were happy and that everything was correct. Additionally, they provide detailed itemized quotes so you know exactly where your money is going and why. We have since hired them to treat both yards to keep the weeds from coming back until we have saved up the money for irrigation and landscaping. We are considering them for that project as well.

They did a nice job on my lawn. They let me know that this is the time of the year to fertilize the lawn and the roses. They were professional, punctual, and responsive. I have thirty trees that need to be taken care of. I needed to make sure the cost is acceptable.
