Description of Work: Built 16 x 28 shed and recommended foundation contractor

Description of Work: Built and installed a 12x20 outbuilding, custom layout (split into 2 areas). Easy to work with, crew was punctual and proficient. I got exactly what I asked/paid for. I'd probably use them again. |One thing to note however: They know how to build sheds and utility outbuildings like experts. They didn't disclose that they don't or can't build insulated/"habitable" buildings. | |Long story/explanation: I was planning on making the outbuilding an insulated backyard office building (which I discussed with them at length at the showroom), and I didn't know that the sheds that they sell have the exterior siding as the only structural OSB sheathing (and didn't think to ask if it was otherwise). So when I paid extra for the tyvek wrap, I expected it to be over sheathing and under siding. Let me be clear: they never indicated to me that this would be the case (good on 'em); I ASSUMED it would be because this is just how building an insulated structure is done. Turns out, they put it under the siding (like it's supposed to be) BUT that put it OVER the FRAMING, not over sheathing (because their structures are designed without a sheathing layer. So all the siding nails pierced through the tyvek and when they'd miss the framing, this would essentially ruin any hope of a good thermal envelope, and hence having a good, long lasting insulated structure. Tyvek over framing doesn't make the needed vapor barrier. Super long story short, I wish they would have given me more explicit detail about the limitations of their product and not just rung me up for the additional money when I explicitly told them what my plans were for the structure.

Description of Work: Erected 8'x10' shed with skylight on steel foundation. Done well-no leaks, fast work, included painting with choice of color. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Delivered and built a storage shed on my property! This was the second Shed we had installed the last one was about 3 years ago.

Description of Work: 12x20 custom layout outbuilding/workshop with steel door, large window, 8' wall height, tyvek wrap. a "special sale" got my reflective roof material and paint job. price does not include a concrete pad I had installed, but the outbuilding would have come with a floor for the same price.

Description of Work: They built a shed in my backyard that looks like a doll house. They painted it to match my house.

Description of Work: WE SPOKE WITH THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE AND THEN WENT TO THEIR SHOWROOM AND DECIDED ON THE SHED I WANTED THEM TO BUILD FOR ME. THEY BUILT AND INSTALLED THE SHED FOR ME IN MY BACKYARD.
