Fine. The large tree was removed in about 5 hours with a crew of 3.

As someone who has experienced them working on trees at the house I rent and the neighbors they are the worst in customer service ever. They tossed logs onto our lawn while working on the neighbors yard. They demand, not ask, that you move all the cars in the street and driveways and will cry to their boss refusing to work until said vehicles are moved so they don't have to walk an extra 5 feet.

All of the jobs went very well. Their workers were very efficient and courteous and did all of the work very well. Their arborist also was very knowledgeable about the tree species I have and whether or not my trees should be removed due to disease or damage. We will use them again when we need future tree removal, tree trimming, or stump grinding work.

They did a good job. I am satisfied.

It was a rental property and I had to make sure I could trust them. They did exactly as I asked. They came highly recommended and I would echo that recommendation based on my experience. Quality work. They were backed up with a lot of work, so it took them quite a bit longer than I wanted but they finally committed to a date, they did it and it was fine.

The work was done very professionally. Cleanup was good. Crew chief was friendly and easy to work with. We have used them several times in the past and would do so again. We have recommended them to others. The only negative was that when the work had to be rescheduled due to an emergency, we found out by calling them; we would have preferred that they call us. We think this was a one-time problem; the other times they have been very punctual.

A team of 3 men arrived as scheduled, worked diligently at trimming and thinning, including climbing up in the tree to hand saw needed branches. They shredded all trimmings on location with their shredder, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased.

The first team showed up and I turned on the sprinklers so they would know where they were. One guy started removing tree roots on one side of the yard. Another guy started "trimming" the tree. I went over to point out to the guy digging up the roots he was near a sprinkler, but it was too late...he'd already run over it. I worked with him on that problem. Meanwhile the other guy was "butchering" my tree. The arborist, Lew, and I had discussed verbally trimming the small dead branches and twigs, as well as the very low hanging branches. What I got was three huge limbs cut from the base of the tree that comprised most of the back side of the tree facing the street, as well as some smaller branches that made up the back of the tree. When I saw it, I was shocked and just wanted him to stop. He didn't stop right away, but I finally got him to stop. When they were carrying out the branches, they left a large scrape on my side garage door. I later called Tree Tech and set up an appt. for Lew to come out and remove the stakes that had supported the tree when it was planted 20 years ago. He came and saw the tree and tried to console me by saying the smaller branches would grow back. I pointed out the huge limbs that had been cut and he didn't have any words for those, just that wanted to find out what team had done that. He would send out another team to finish the job including trimming the branches hanging into my neighbor's yard. I didn't hear from Tree Tech and after 2 weeks I called them. I wanted an afternoon appointment and had to wait 2 more weeks to get one, but that was okay. I arranged the 1:00 time with my neighbor since we needed to go in her yard. The 2nd team showed up today in the morning....2 hours before their appointment time. They were insistent they couldn't work at 1:00 because it was going to be too hot, even though I argued with them about it and pointed out the time had been arranged with my neighbor.. They didn't listen to my neighbor's instructions well and her side was not cut to her wishes (she had gone back inside to work). I very closely supervised the trimming of my side. As he left he said: Sorry the first team butchered your tree. As it turned out, it was 80 degrees at 1:00 today and their work was almost exclusively in the shade where it would be even cooler. 80 degrees (less in the shade) is so hot that I had to disrupt my schedule and my neighbor's for them? I used Tree Tech in 2014 and the men were very good and professional. I can no longer recommend them as the quality of workers and work this year was poor.

I originally contacted them because they are a member of Angie's List. I have used them twice and they are great. I can't remember their price but I think it was reasonable and not too bad. They are excellent.

Excellent, arrived right on time, fast and very efficient, cleaned up the work area and completed the job in under two hours. Have used Tree Tech in the past and will definitely call them in the future. The best.

They were here when indicated and brought a crew of several individuals. Very professional in their demeanor and quick to get the job done. My husband swung by during their work and was impressed by the many individuals at work as well as the newness of their equipment. My husband was very impressed and urged me to write this review.

Have used Tree Tech before last fall and forgot to write a review. Not this time - they were every bit as good this visit as their first. Responsive and arrive on time, best price of all (I checked out thoroughly the first time). Will use them whenever I need tree removal, pruning or stump removal.

Excellent and professional service from tree tech. I had 2 large trees cut down and 3 stumps grinned out.

They pruned my fruit and ornamental trees, pruned my shrubs, and did general clean up. They were prompt and very professional. I can't comment on price as I didn't get estimates from other companies, but given the experience I had with them, I would definitely hire them again.

They did an incredible job, was reasonably priced and they went above and beyond on their clean up. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall, the service went very well. The guy were punctual, quick, acted professionally, and communicated with me toward the end to make sure I was getting what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

I called for an estimate. The receptionist wasn't sure if they worked in Davis, but asked someone and said they do. An arborist came out to evaluate the work and gave me the estimate. I had them remove two sycamores (less than 6and quot; circumference), three bradford pears (less than 12and quot; circumference) and one diseased redwood (less than 36and quot; circumference). The redwood was back in a corner by two fences behind other large redwoods. I had some trouble scheduling... I tried to call the office to schedule, but they kept telling me I was on the top of the scheduling pile and I'd get a call soon. Turns out, they didn't have my phone number. They sent me a letter with a proposed date and asked me to call... so that worked in the end. The guys were on time and got the work done in about 2 hours. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They dumped the chips in my driveway, as requested. We have a few more trees that need to come down... I'll call them back when we're ready.

Very efficient and professional from the time of the estimate until completion of the job. Price was much better than competing bid which was $2300 for the same work.

Overall excellent experience. Arrived on time, and did a great job. All refuse hauled away and job site cleaned up.

We appreciated their advice on how much to trim, and how we should take care of the trees going forward. Their estimate was the lowest of the 3 bids received. They were very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Not only did they remove the debris from the tree trimming, but also leaves that were dislodged by all the wind the days prior to their work. We will use them again--they are keepers. Highly recommend their work.

Very pleased with service and price by Tree Tech. I had several bids and one from Angie's List came in at 3x the cost. Needless to say that that was a ridiculous bid but speaks to getting multiple quotes. Tree Tech completed the initial examination very quickly and submitted a very fair price. Crew of 3 removed 3 trees plus an extra small tree complementary. They did the work very quickly and the staff was very courteous and friendly with great clean up. Overall I couldn't be more pleased.

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial estimate to the completion of work. The owner, who provided me with an estimate, was very pleasant and courteous and appeared to be very knowledgeable as well. The three workers who did the actual work arrived promptly as scheduled. With the supervisor, who was very pleasant, polite and obviously experienced, I went over what was to be done. I also added a couple of things to what I had originally planned to do when I met with the owner. After a brief break for lunch, the workers proceeded to do exactly what I asked them to do, taking the time to check with me as they worked to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted them to do. In the back yard, they removed a very tall maple tree and ground the stump down to just below the level of the lawn. On the second back yard maple, they removed the lower branches and pruned back some brances that were hitting and scraping the side and roof of my two-story house and a large storage shed. In the front yard, they removed a large lilac next to the drive-way. Also, they removed the lower branches of a large maple and cut off a big portion of the tree that was hanging out into the drive-way. Unlike my previous experiences with other companies, the Tree Tech workers were careful not to destroy the adjoining flower beds while hauling large branches from the back yard to their chipper, which was parked in the front. They also cleaned up the debris from the tree removal, pruning and stump grinding. The only thing that could have made the whole experience more perfect is if the company accepted credit cards, but only because I like to put everything on and quot;plasticand quot; in order to receive and quot;cash backand quot; from the credit card company. I will definitely use the services of Tree Tech again, and I will recommend the company to my friends.
