Tomas's Concrete

Description of Work: Tomas was at my home on Friday June 20th. This was after he stood me up the previous Friday. He told me he would make it right and give me a price break for that.... so I believe he did. On June 20th he provided me a quote and told me he was a week or so out. On June 30th I called him to schedule. At that time he said he provided me a good price so basically it was a sign on the spot deal. He was now 3 weeks minimum to come out. I told him that really frustrated me that I had to decide on the spot but still, continued to try to work with him. He promised to check his schedule and see if he could fit in the small job. I text him on 7/3 and 7/4 to see if he could fit me into his schedule, no response. Called for another day or so after that and his voice mail box was full. Finally was able to leave a message the 9th or so and 15 days later still no response. I had to practically beg this guy to do this job and still not luck... I realize everyone is busy, but the lack of respect to call a customer back is unexcusable in my book. Your working for a customer somewhere, we should all be treated the same.
