 + 5 moreTim and his crew were AWESOME! He was professional, honest, explained in detail what he was going to do and was finished ON TIME. We absolutely loved the results. We will definitely contact Tim again for any construction needs. I highly recommend Tim Raistrick.
Description of Work: Our first house we bought needed a lot before we could move in. We were lucky to have found Tim Raistrick, a really experienced general contractor. He remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, put a safety gate around our pool since we have kids, put in bamboo flooring, carpeting, closet doors, painted whole entire and partial exterior, ceiling fans and other little things that really made a difference in the renovation.

 + 0 moreWe called a few contractors for our loft and discovered Tim is awesome to work with. He's been in touch with us throughout the process. His son works with him and they are proactive in letting you know whats going on during the build. An example of this would be the day they finished laying the floor boards in the loft i went upstairs to look at the work and instead of waiting for me to discover the squeaks and then ask them about it they told me about it. The liquid nail has to set first and then it will go away. Next day no squeaks... It feels good knowing that ahead of time instead of finding it out on my own and freaking out without knowing all the information. We liked Timco so much that we already have him booked for an in-law addition to our house.
