A TV disconnecting from my home network caused me y contact this organization. Paul Allen, the owner, discussed the problem with me shortly thereafter by by phone and scheduled a home repair time. Two capable and agreeable staff arrived at the scheduled time to redefine my problem of connectivity and to take action to provide a solution that was successful and cost effective. Knowledgeable staff under the assignment of capable owner are capable of resolving any home or business AV concern.

They did a great job. I needed four physical network with an ethernet jack with cat6 configuration. The set all that up for me and did a great job. I'm also very happy with the customer service.

The antenna installer arrived at the agreed upon time. After a short discussion on what my needs were, we decided on a location for the installation of the antenna and the routing of the cable into the room. The work was completed within about 2 hours in a professional manner and all was good.
