Thomas was very easy to work with. He took the time to review the equipment I was planning to buy and make recommendations. I got 3 bids and his was the lowest, but I chose him for his knowledge and helpful attitude. When I had forgotten to buy some equipment he took the time to go get it. When our company moved into a new office building, we had an issue with the cabling and Comcast told us that we need to take care of the cabling/wiring and installation of the internet/telephone ports ourselves. We found Thomas using HomeAdvisor and he has gone above and beyond to help us. He redid all the cabling in the offices and made sure all of our computers, printers, and telephones were all connected to the same network - all for a very fair price. He even gave us helpful advice about setting up a new shared drive that solved a lot of issues we used to have with our old one. Everything was up and running within 2 days and Thomas has been in contact with us to ensure everything is continuing to work correctly. Our experience with Thomas was great and we would definitely recommend his services. Moving is stressful, but he made the process a little bit easier.

He was very professional and called beforehand to say he was on his way. He also checked in after the work was done to make sure everything was still working. He was friendly and courteous, and even blew leaves off of my roof. It was a satisfactory experience.
