Although they scheduled a 2 hour window to arrive they didn't call to say they would be late until the end of that window. Once they were here, they did a great job and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. They also gave us good tips on keeping things working in the future.

Outstanding service. I called the company and a service tech came out the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and set up his video equipment and showed me exactly where my problem was in my line. No charge for this outstanding service. NOTE: My problem was not the sewer line but the new low flow toliets in my home. If you have any small defect in your line there is not enough water flow to force the material down the drain which will cause a back up over time. He showed me how to fix the problem by inserting a water hose in the clean out and turning the hose on full blast once a month. If i ever have a sewer problem TheTtrenchless Co. will get my business.

We have used them four times now, always on home inspection for prospective real estate purchases. They are always on time, professional efficient, and explain things thoroughly. We are very confident that they are honest and ethical in describing the state of the sewer line, since results have varied from finding that an entire line would need to be replaced, to letting us know that everything looked perfect and we shouldn't expect any problems. In one instance the technician even advised me of how to contact the county if I did have a backup to save the time and expense of repairing anything that wasn't our responsibility. Would definitely recommend them.

My realtor provided me the names of three vendors to have a sewer inspection performed. After checking Angie's List, I selected the Trenchless Company. They were arrived to perform the inspection within three days of calling for the appointment. They showed up on time and after the appointment I received a call with the results. The written report follow within a few days. There were some issues, and they offered several alternatives for fixing the problem. They were responsive and courteous, and I would use their services again.

The technician arrived within 45 minutes (10:45PM!) and had the drain open within 10 minutes. Don't waited to call these folks. The Trenchless Company was very professional over the phone, and were in and out within 30 minutes. On top of it all, the price was 40% less that Mr. Rooter who had serviced the same sewer line 4 months ago.

Marc was prompt, courteous, professional and full of good humor. He called in advance to introduce himself and let us know his approximate drive time from his prior location. When he arrived, Marc surveyed the situation, brought in the tools he needed and got right to work. Using the camera down the drain pipe, Marc easily found a 6 foot clogged area and several other areas ready to clog He augured the drain out until it could drain water again and checked with the camera. I asked Marc to do a jet wash cleaning of the pipe to ensure years of trouble free draining. Using his camera and jet wash equipment, Marc fully cleaned the drain out and the pipe was as clean as when it was installed over 20 years ago.

I was attempting to break the clog in our shower drain. Spend an hour using chemicals, plunger, probes, etc. When the clog finally broke free, the show began filling with water (an who knows what else) from the drain. I had a problem, so, called the Trenchless Company. This was about 6:00 PM on a Friday. Withing about 45 minutes they had a tech on site who quickly found and fixed the problem with the systems backflow valve. All is well, and, I could not be happier with the total service experience.

The company called a couple of times to confirm arrival of the technician. He even arrived a bit earlier than he estimated. I showed him the situation & he immediately started looking at the problem with his camera. He said he could solve the clogs with their $99 cleaning special. I was glad to hear it after being giving an estimate of almost $10,000 to replace my sewer line by another company on Angie's List. The technician was thorough, professional & friendly. He spent almost 2 hours here checking out the problem, working on the solution, & checking his work.It was the best $99 I've spent! They have a 1 year guarantee against clogs & positively said I did not need my sewer line replaced. That gave me great peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone & will call for future plumbing problems.

I called and got them to come in about 1 hour, even though it was a Sunday. the operator took the call and the plumber called almost right back which was nice. they charged less that some others for off hours. they found the problem, shut the water valve, replaced the pipe and were done quickly

em back so that I can spend over two thousand dollars on top of the eight hundred I have spent so far.The person who came out the first time gave me a description of the work that had to be done and how he was going to do it. I had to call them to set up the next appointment even though I agreed to the work and price. The first thing they did was put another drain in a low area and tied it into the existing drain. Then they proceeded to clean my drain lines but discovered there was a blockage in the drain after they installed the new one. So the new drain doesn't work. I feel that they should have cleaned the drains and that would have saved me money on a new drain that doesn't work. They also told me that a camera would be used to identifie my problem but when they arrived the camera could not be used because it was on another job site. I was told that a bypass would have to be performed around the tree that was blocking the drain. I was given two prices. One using cheaper materials and one for about one thousand dollars more. This was not what I wanted to hear. I expect that for twenty feet of bypass drainage pipe, the job should not cost a thousand dollars more for using quality pipe. I can't tell you how many times I had to call them to set up appointments. They just seemed to lose my information and failed to follow through with me unless I called them. I can't see calling th

I called Friday late afternoon with a secondary sewer line backup and they had a plumber at my door by 5 pm that day. The problem was assess and a new line was installed, using the trench less system, the following Monday (since we were able to use our main bathroom and kitchen it was not big deal to wait a few days before repairing). Very little excavation was required; therefore, my landscaping was not touched. This was the second time I used the Trenchless Co. and have been happy with all of their work.

The process went well and I am very pleased with the work that was done.

All the Trenchless work proceeded on schedule with minimum interruption of sewer services to the house. City work was completed on time. However, city worker, work was not up to code and failed inspection. Trenchless personnel corrected all city worker issues and got the job inspected and approved. I was extremely satisfied with all Trenchless work on this project!

The Trenchless Company was prompt, very professional, and did a high-quality job. The 2 estimators showed up on time, assessed the situation based on another company's leak-detection report, and provided 2 estimates, depending on exactly where the leak was located: one estimate was for an "overhead re-route" if the leak was between the hot water heater and the shower manifold; a second estimate was for "epoxy pipe rehabilitation" if the leak was between the shower manifold and the island sink in the kitchen. The main reason I chose the Trenchless Company over a lower-priced competitor was because the Trenchless Company could provide solutions for both possibilities, and we would not know which side of manifold the leak was on until actually starting the work (by ripping open the wall and cutting the pipes at the manifold). We also requested that they replace our 19-year-old hot-water heater because it had a small leak and we suspected that it would not last much longer. Work was scheduled to begin 2 days later. They estimated 1 day for an overhead re-route and 2 days for an epoxy pipe rehabilitation. It turned out to be an overhead re-route. The 2 technicians and 1 estimator arrived on schedule, performed all the necessary work in a professional manner, patched the sheet-rock, and cleaned up thoroughly by the end of the day. The hot-water heater and hot-water lines are working fine. The Trenchless Company provided a 5-year warranty on material and labor for the overhead re-route.

We purchased a house built in the 50's, and noticed some plumbing problems. We called Trenchless Co. because they have a good reputation, and other neighbors had mentioned using them. Someone came out to check things and help give us an idea of the cost. It was determined that the line was clogged, as well as being original and having some damage from tree roots. We decided to go ahead with the replacement. The crew came in 2 trucks. They were on time and got right to work. Once they determined they needed to do a little digging to remove some roots and check some things, they set up a tarp on which to put any dirt they removed. They worked fast and were very courteous and professional. Darrin was our contact person, and was very professional and explained the whole process to us before work started. He located the clean-out, ran the gizmo through to clean out the roots causing the blockage, the used a camera to check. He was able to say that the problem was the last 3 to 5 feet before the sidewalk, pipe broken and slumped, so roots will grow in again.
