Description of Work: Replaced sewerline. That part was good. The finishing up was not so good.I needed to re-level my yard and I also had a small sink hole.

Description of Work: They identified a blockage in the sewer pipe under the concrete slab of the house. They jackhammered through the slab, found the cause (a small hole that had let in pebbles that blocked the line), replaced it, filled around the new pipe section with pea gravel and filled back the hole in the slab with concrete. While they were not the cheapest, they were very professional. They arrived on time, worked quickly, were very clean. A few days later, it blocked up again, but they immediately came out, and under the warranty, cleaned out a couple of loose pebbles that caused the blockage and made sure it was pressure cleaned from one end of the house to the other.

Description of Work: They were exceptional from beginning to end. We found them to be trustworthy and forthright. They gave us options to choose from and didn't pressure in to any decision. We used them to fix our issue and have never been regretful.

Description of Work: Date of service 6/15/2015. Cost $6500. Installed a new sewer line and a new water line through a trenchless system, connecting the city lines and the house.

Description of Work: Got a proposal. Technician quit company. Called 3 times for someone to call me back. Never happened!

Description of Work: Our kitchen sink and disposal were clogged. They ran a snake, however, the one they had with them was not long enough. They went to their shop got a longer snake and returned within an hour and completed the job. The technicians were professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: I had all the old outgoing pipes under the house replaced. They made everything right eventually, but it took six additional appointments after the work was done. After the guys left, I noticed that the toilet was put back on crooked and the opening under the sink was much bigger than anticipated. This made me wonder what might be amiss with what I couldn't see. When the technician inspected the work that had been done, he found that some of the work had not been done properly. He apologized and said they would close up the wall under the sink--not part of the original estimate--to make up for the inconvenience. The work was corrected, and an appointment made to close up the wall the next day. No one showed the next day. I called and rescheduled. After the wall was closed up, I noticed that the toilet had cracked at one of the bolts and up the siphon and that the toilet seat had been scratched in several places. The technician said he saw that the toilet was cracked when he put it back on after the work was redone. Trenchless replaced the toilet and seat at no charge. When I first sat on the toilet, I heard a cracking, crunching sound. It was probably just a bit of debris under the toilet, but, given what had already happened, I called Trenchless just to have it on the record. Everything seems fine now, but it would have been nice to have things done right the first time.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with my pipes. They came out and snaked the line. They also included looking at the pipes from my house to the sewer to make sure there was no tree roots or other things that could cause problems with my pipes.

Description of Work: Boutght refrigerator from Sears. Sears did not do water installation so called Trenchelss Co. I checked credentials on Angie's list and BBB. I called the company and was told they would come out today which is a Saturday and not charge higher weekend rates and would be out within the hour. Vincente Salas came out on time and was neat an professional. I told him what I needed and he gave me his estimate. He installed water system to my refrigerator so that I have water and ice. He was very nice and helped me put in the water filter that came with it and turn on the ice maker. He was very informative when I asked him about the pipes in my home as well. I just loved his work and his attitude.

Description of Work: Replaced rusted out section of cast iron kitchen sink drain line under the house with new ABS pipe. Pumped waste that had accumulated under house into sewer. Treated dirt under house where waste had been.

Description of Work: Called for a free video inspection of our main sewer line.

Description of Work: Frequent toilet back-ups caused by root intrusion into my sewer main required a replacement of the whole line. The Trenchless Co. dug a small trench for the beginning six feet or so before the line turned 90 degrees and went out towards the street, and performed a trenchless replacement of the 55 feet that connected from there to the city line. They replaced the original clean-out next to the house and installed two new ones, one at the 90 degree turn and another at the city tie-in. Included in the total price was the city permit, replacement of the small section of concrete on the walkway that they had to cut, and back-fill of the dirt dug up.

Description of Work: First the kitchen & clothes washer drain was snaked out then a pressure wash was done using a pump in the truck (the water was heated). They had a TV scope that allowed them and me to see the condition of the drain pipes.

Description of Work: The company put a new sewer system, trench-less, in. They also performed a free inspection of the pipes.
