Description of Work: The plumber, Frank, was right on time, very professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail to me. The whole experience was the best.

Description of Work: Replaced underground drain pipe from below ground level entrance stoop to the street (about 15-20 feet). They had to do some cement replacement on the stoop which required two attempts as the first guy wasn't experienced in cement work. But they responded immediately and did not question the need to redo it. Good customer service.

Description of Work: Cleared main sewer line after another company did not clear line. Other tech ran rooter, charged me the $60 home warranty fee, told me he could not clear line because of roots blocking the line. Went to Angie's List, chose Trenchless Plumbing who had a $99 fee to clear the sewer line & diagnose cause using a camera to find blockage. Tech cleared the line by removing a root cluster. He then showed me a clear live camera view of the sewer line. I could see some root intrusions that may require Trenchless line installation in the future. The tech gave me clear estimates for new line replacement which I may have done in the future. For now we are clear. Great job by Trenchless!

Description of Work: They sent an (in my opinion) inexperienced or lazy person to provide an estimate for work. He never even got close to the area where some irrigation pipes were broken by a large tree root. I had dug out the area so it could be inspected fairly easily. All the individual did was tell me.. we'll not worry about the roots.. we'll just run new piping over and around.. and gave me an estimate of $3500 for a $1500 job. Not anyone I would do business with (and of course didn't)

Description of Work: Repaired leaky shower faucet.

Description of Work: My sewerline was "overflowing" out of the exterior drain clean out, through the valve on that cleanout. Pipes were slow in the house but no backup to the house had happened (luckily!). I called the Trenchless office to describe the situation, and was impressed by the scheduling service which they prioritized to visit my house only 4 hours later (that day!) when I would be home from appointments. The technician showed up, was highly professional, and did the mechanical snaking. Unfortunately the snake got caught toward the end of the line and he explained the "hydrojet" was needed/recommended to truly clean the line out, at which point it could be safely "scoped" to confirm overall condition of the line, all the way to the city pipe. I thought it was good faith business practice to then waive the fee of the snaking in lieu of having the more expensive yet more effective hydrojetting service, to be conducted the following evening after work. The hydrojetting worked just fine, the problem was that my 1940 sewerline was "bellied" or slumped in a few places which caused more stuff to glomp up and get mixed up with encroaching roots. I then got a great movie time with the video scoping which confirmed the cleansliness of the line plus the structural "bellying." I was really impressed with the company's responsiveness, service and pricing. My sewerline is about 110 feet long so the jobs had to work through a fair length of pipe. I plan to call them next time something is needed.

Description of Work: Replaced or repaired sewer line under the house. Trenchless technology was used along with jack hammering the floor at connections to replace connections. The employees were very friendly and helpful. When a problem arose a week after the job was finished they returned to fix the problem right away. The service was on the high end financially. Communications between the office the service techs and communicating to me of arrival time was could use upgrade. The job was a big job and took several days .The employees worked very hard and fast. Clean up was very professional and the workers worked with me. Communications with the office was not always there, or helpful they didn't always know where the workers on the job were or how the job was going.
