Description of Work: Fixed problems with a wooden outer door contacting and expanding due to weather. Reset the lock so it closed properly.

Description of Work: I broke two keys in one exterior lock. One key on each side of the door. Key Man came out right away and fixed the jammed lock, and cut me 3 new keys. Works great now! Would use again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Having just bought this home, I needed someone to change the locks. I called The Key Man on the morning of January 10, and he was there to replace the locks within hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, helping me to understand how to operate one of the more difficult door locks. I would use him again in a minute.

Description of Work: I wasn't able to open sliding door lock with the key from the front door. Carl was able to clean out the old slider lock, add some new springs, etc , re-fit the key so that it would now work on the sliding door as well as the front door. He also gave me two extra keys.

Description of Work: Sometime I can able to unlocked the garage door, but several times I can't turn the key. Previously, my handyman replaced the combination lock (deadlbolt and entry lock) and he adjusted the jamb. Last week I cannot open the garage door. I bought a new replacement combination set and phoned the Key Man. The locksmith came yesterday and he turned the key the door, easily. So I want to him to call my tenant to describe the problem. After the conversation, he thought the problem is the weather stripping. So he adjusted the door frame. He said that he had repaired the door jamb, and if it doesn't work I can call him.
