The Handy Painter offers the following services: I perform all manner of prep required for interior and exterior painting including: scraping old paint, spot priming, taping interior surfaces, repair of small holes, caulking and repairing or improving integrity of exterior weather durability to your home. Handyman services include minor repair of doorknobs & locks, larger holes in sheet rock, spot wall re-texturing, demolition, and some carpentry related jobs.
The business does not paint whole house exteriors, two-story houses (unless just one area and a ladder is provided), high interior ceilings (beyond 10ft), paint with a sprayer, re-texture entire walls, repair large pieces of siding or repair structural elements.
