Description of Work: I provided Dean with a list of projects on several occasions and each time he estimated the amount of time it would take and then worked his way through the list. Projects included rat proofing my garage, reattaching kitchen cabinet doors, installing dimmer switches, fixing a leaky kitchen faucet, fixing doors so they close and latch, etc.
