These are my "go-to" guys. Brandon and Elliott were polite, professional and thorough. I'm usually able to get an appointment in 24-48 hours. They tend to be a little on the high side with charges but they do good work and give easy-to-follow explanations.

The tech arrived at our agreed upon time. He was very polite and friendly and reduced my anxiety about changing everything to a new computer. He told me that because my old computer had so much on it, it would take a long time to download to the new computer (many hours). He suggested that he take both old and new computers to his shop so that the download could continue throughout the night. That worked well. The following day he brought both computers home and told me that one program could not be downloaded because Windows 8 did not have the program to receive it. However, many pages of email addresses and messages were put on the new computer. Although the tech had to make an additional trip to my house I was still charged the same fee for one trip. I could not have been more pleased with this company. They explained everything to me and consulted with me as to what I wanted done. I will always contact this company in the future and recommend it to others.

Everything went very well and my computer now works like new. Also, I can finally use my new printer.

I did not replace the hard drive. After some research I decided to switch from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome. My computer is working like when it was new. Why wouldn't a computer tech know about such a simple remedy, I guess no money in it!!!!

I had noticed that the screen had some funny lines on it. It was not broken on the outside but looked like it may have been broken beneath the screen so I took it in to be looked at on 10/12. Spoke with Max and he said somebody would evaluate it and give me a call. He gave me an approximate price but would know more once it was looked at. I did give him my $25 discount form that was available here. Later that day he called and they can order the part. He gave me the quote but forgot the coupon said he was sorry then also gave me another discount. It ended up costing $201 and then they called on 10/17 and said it was ready. Told them I would pick it up on 10/19. I know they say it is way cheaper to do it yourself but since I was not able to do that and I am not sure what other places are charging I was quite pleased with the finished results. The laptop is 3 years old but I spent $700 on it because it is lightweight and easy to travel with. It was worth $200 rather then spending another $600 or $700 on a new one since I don't use it that much. I would definitely use them again for any future computer problems.

, Gavin arrived within the time frame that was agreed upon. He was very polite and professional. In my words: "He performed magic on my old computer". I have never seen so much fast action on my screen. It was amazing. I knew right then that I had called the right company and had the right tech. This was my first time to use Tech 2 U. He very politely answered all my questions as he worked.

I found this business close to my home. They replaced the hard drive with a refurbished hard drive, which I agreed to. It did take them a little longer to return the computer than they had estimated. When I got my computer back, it was running but it was not running properly. I later found out by another technician from a different service provider that the Windows 7 they had downloaded was a knock off and that no virus protection had been installed.

Computer only had 90 day warranty. Our computer cupboard in the office desk had been used for 3 yrs with no problems, but now Tech 2U blamed our computer failure as over-heating. When the new computer was built, the tech supposedly installed THREE fans to keep it from over-heating and both cabinet doors have to stay open. Ridiculous. The computer keeps getting viruses and locking up - which the tech contributes to the downloading of Bejewelled and Freecell!! I will NEVER use these people again. I wanted to purchase an off-the-shelf Dell but the specific accounting software installation he explained would cost us $50/half hour, but no charge if we purchased their computer....it cost over $400 for the installation. He could not get QuickBooks to integrate correctly, so that was blamed on having software that was more than 2 yrs old and the new version cannot go beyond the 2 yrs... ,so our option was to buy the 2011, upgrade, then upgrade again. Any techy reading this is probably laughing himself silly right now!! And laughing at me for even purchasing the computer! UPDATE: Last September I had used this company and was very dissatisfied. When I saw them on Angie's List, I wrote a review exactly stating what had transpired. Their office saw the review and immediately took action, to reach out to me. I found out that the tech I had been so unhappy with, had been let go a few months ago, and they wanted to make my computer and service right. If I am physically in a store, I sometimes ask to speak with a manager (both for great and poor service), but in this situation where they came to my house, I did not attempt to call their office. Because they took the effort to reach out to me about the review, and have done everything they could to change my experience, I am reversing my original opinion and giving them an A. They do truly care about their business and their customers.

It took a lot of time because of the software install and updates that needed to be done. Eventhough they were nice enough to deduct an hour of labor on the final price, they still cost a bit more money than we expected. At least they showed up within the window they said they would - from our experience, you are lucky if any contractor/repair person shows up in Vegas.

They were extremely knowledgeable. They helped solve wireless communication and networking issues. I would definitely recommend them again. I had no complaints with the price and I felt it was reasonable. I didn't check with others.

Were knowledgable and and performed the on time and budget. i would not hesitate using them again.

Call within the warranty time period. The work is only guaranteed for 30 days. UPDATE 2/5/2013 Tech2U repaired the issue with no additional cost. The corrections seem to be maintaining very well. The personnel were very professional and courteous.

I requested assistance for failure of my computer to start up. TECH 2U sent technician who quickly identified problem and took the computer to his shop for testing and replacement of failed parts. Repair was made in a timely manner - and very close to the time estimate provided. The tech tested and then returned my restored computer, but did forget to bring billing information which resulted in a small additional delay. Tech was courteous and efficient, arrived within the specified window of time.

Called and they were here within an hour. 5 hours of work, 3 computers, 2 software aps!

I like them a lot. They are very helpful and have great hours they open up at 8:00 AM. They are conveniently located as well.

The young man who came was extremely courteous. He was on time. He very quickly fixed the problem. He was informative and spent the necessary time with us to make us fully informed. I am very happy with him. I would definitely and absolutely use their services in the future again.

Dropped the computer off, was told they'd get back to me in either 24 or 48 hours, don't remember which. Time passed, on I think the third day I called and asked for a status, someone said they'd call me back. They didn't, but I called back the next day and they told me what was needed. For the age of the computer (6+ years), it wasn't worth the price they were charging to fix it. I have no idea if the price was high for that service or if that price was as good as I'd get anywhere, I just decided that rather than spend $160, I'd spend a few hundred more and buy a new laptop, which I did. I picked up the computer and they didn't charge me anything for the analysis, which was awesome of them.

The service person was very professional and responsive to questions. We have used them before and will use them again

I hired Tech service 2 U, to set up a computer network for my office. I found them through TV advertisement, specializing in computer network set up. They sent a tech out on the weekend and he was clueless on how to set this up. He was at my office one hour and then he said that he is not a network tech and that I need to buy a new router and call back the company and schedule their best network tech, and he charged me $ 150.00. I made the appointment with their best network tech for Monday and purchased the new router. He was in my office for three hours and he was just as clueless before he gave up he advised me to take my new laptop to Macdonald's and try if it works over there. I asked him what about refund my money after all you didn't do anything all he said is call the office. I called the office and they said they not make refunds but they would call me back and send other tech. They never called back. That was four weeks ago. Three days after I hired another company and the tech solved the problem within twenty minutes.

Well, Co. answered phone promptly, asked me my problem and told me their policies and charges. They could send someone that day (late). Brian was a little late, but called and explained. Diagnosed and fixed the problem, checked a few other things and left.

They were very professional and courteous. I couldn't believe how fast they had someone out to my house.
