Take Pride Cleaning

I'm a businessman, and travel quite a bit. That said, I haven't had a housekeeper or cleaning service in years because I have had some bad experiences (reorganizing my kitchen? come on!). After being gone to Mexico on business for a month and with the friends son who housesat for me being less than clean! and with a two month trip to SE Asia coming up, I was having dinner with friends the other night and they said they had a great cleaning service. So I got their number, they came over, gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment. To my surprise, not just one person showed up to do the cleaning a woman and two guys (I guess I was just expecting women - is that sexist?). Anyhow. WOW just WOW My house has never been so clean! They cleaned places that I've never cleaned in the five years I've lived in my house. They cleaned UNDER my shower door (who looks down there?) and then pointed out ways I could keep my areas cleaner and simple things I can do so they don't have to come out as often (who does that?). I was totally shocked. They gave me a quote as to how long they would be here and when that time came and went I thought they would charge me more.. but being an initial clean they wanted to get it done right. Nice people who obviously LOVE what they do. I didn't get the cleaning gene (nor the folding laundry gene either) but all I have to say is that these people were amazing. My hardwood floors look just like they did when I had them refinished when I moved in. I don't know if I will need regular service, but if I do I will have no hesitation in calling them for it.. or for a once a year spring cleaning. They brought all their cleaning supplies and even suggested (after looking under my sink) some better and less toxic cleaning supplies I could buy and where to get them. I don't know how big of a company it is... but the two guys, Alex and Scott worked so hard. I think the girls name was Kammi or maybe Tammi I can't recall. My floors are sooo clean and they even dusted!! I have lots of antiques and fragile items and nothing was broken and they seemed to really be interested in items and we had a long conversation about my business. I think their price of two hours of cleaning for $200 (really six hours since it was two hours and three people).. they even stayed late! I'm sold. I can't wait to have them clean again. Its so nice to find someone who gives you MORE for your money.
