I haven't chosen anyone for the job because I'm just reassessing the situation right now and deciding whether I'm even going through with the job or not. He was very professional. He could have maybe given me a list of brands he uses. But I've never really seen any estimator do that. He was knowledgeable and told me some things that were very helpful. I was overall very satisfied with him.

His price was fair and his timeliness in all of his correspondence with us is what convinced us to use his company. We are very pleased with the workmanship and service providedWe also got some good advise with the product and color selection. Our rental home needed a roof, but now we have a "nice looking roof" that blends beautifully with the paint and design. This helps the home look updated and very marketable.We are now starting a second job with Steve on our primary residence.

Description of Work: i hired them to re-roof my house 3 years ago, partially because of a leak. The first time it rained, the roof leaked. The first time they slopped tar on my new roof. The second time (which required me threatening a lawsuit) they redid the area around the leak, with different colored shingles! This all started three years ago, I still have different colored shingles AND the roof still leaks!
