I contacted Swim Chem through Angie's List and have waited almost 2 weeks for any response. Angie's List has contacted me twice asking how the pool service project is going. Well, it's not! I figured after Angie's List contacted me I would get some response from Swim Chem, but still no call, email or text from them. This is very frustrating to rely on Angie's List for quality and professional service help and this company doesn't even have the courtesy to communicate! Even if they cannot do the work they should communicate with direct inquiries from potential clients

Equipment repair and/or replacement, including new sweep, variable speed pump and filter system, has always been competitively priced.

I called them and they went by the pool the next day and made a bid. They got the job and started on Monday by Saturday the pool was clean and sparkling. They had to clean the filter at least five times to get it so we could swim in the water. We were thinking of draining the pool before we talked to Swim Chem and they said they could make it clean. The family got to use the pool and said it had never been this clean. Thank you Swim Chem.

Does a great job of keeping the pool water clean. Available to answer questions or concerns. Good with dogs. Last year we had Swim Chem replace our pool pump with an energy efficient model. We noticed a big difference in our energy bills, and the pump is very quiet. Very happy with their recommendation and installation.

We just re plastered our 18 yr old pool and needed to start up the chemical process. We called Swim Chem and they told us to let them know when the pool was full and they had Rodney the supervisor come out. He came on a Friday and explained in detail what chemicals he was using and what they did for the pool...He also said he would be out again Mon and Wed the next week to check the pool chemistry. After the pool was set we began our weekly service. Each time they come if I have questions or concerns they always have the time to answer me. If I have to call the office for questions they are always friendly and helpful. We have other neighbors who also use this company. Thank You for good service!!

They are an A+ company. They are prompt and arrive when they say they are coming.

Swim Chem has done a terrific job for the last 5 years. I never have to call them about anything. They come out once a week, do their job in a professional manner and leave. It's fast and care free. In 5 years I've never had one problem. I pay for a year's worth of service in advance, so I get a generous discount.

I had a weekly pool service (and biweekly in winter months). This company provided excellent service for several years. The billing is erratic and difficult to verify; at times double billed; does not follow billing information on the billing form; there is a total lack of return of calls requested. My pool looks uncared for, dark green, with broken pump. Not one word spoken to me about problem. I now view this company as unprofessional and irresponsible. I have now contacted another pool service to take over.

I like the fact that they had all the equipment and they did an excellent job. Everything worked out very good for us and they were very professional. I have no complaints. I have not yet received my final bill, but I do believe that it will be fair. I will have to see on that. Otherwise, they were great and I am so happy with the outcome.

Swim Chem is a wonderful company to deal with. They are so friendly and can do their job in about 30 minutes. I think that they are very affordable compared to competitors. I have been a regular customer for over fifteen years.
