+ -1 moreI asked if they could come to Grizzly Slate because not a lot of companies will do work in that area. They said it wasn't a problem because they have family up there that they visit. They said they did and would call me to get a time scheduled. I never received a call, so I called them and they said they would be coming to visit family in that area and would come to measure my door. After that I hadn't heard from them in about a month. I called them again and they said they wouldn't be able to do the work because they weren't getting up to my location that much. I later saw them at the Sacramento home show and they were apologetic and asked me for a second chance and thanked me for allowing them this opportunity. It has been about a couple of weeks and I haven't heard from the company again.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate on a roll away screen door that latches. I met them at the home and garden show in Roseville, CA. I talked to them and several other vendors and they were the only ones that had a roll away screen that would latch.
