Description of Work: Completely unqualified to do this job. These people they had an excellent 22 page protocol that they were supposed to follow. They did not do it. They stole things and threw away stuff that shouldn’t have been thrown away. They didn’t do the work properly, either. The worst of it all is probably the contractor. This is a small town and we don’t even have any stoplights in this town. The protocol was not being followed. We were out of our house for 3 years and I was on disability. I was really wiped out by the time that we were able to move back in. There was a lot of stuff that wasn’t done. They used old siding from somewhere else and tried to stretch it out but there are big gaps. Now I just noticed a couple months ago…in the ceiling we have evaporative coolers…we went away and came home and the ceiling was so bad that they caused the ceilings to fall on the floor. There was mold all through the master bedroom. In the corner there is obvious water leakage. I can’t call the insurance company because of my income. I don’t have insurance on this house or I would’ve had them out here immediately. This past winter, there’s damage where the ceiling meets the wall. It’s obvious water damage and its split now too. I opened the curtains and found black mold. It’s on the window and around the sides. At the end, the building inspector did a walkthrough. I never signed one contract. It went to court. The judge is a friend of the contractor and they dumped the debt on me. The contractor kept bugging me for who it was that I was approved for because he said he would get me a loan. He promised to come back with a $10,000 loan and came back with a $37,000 interest-only loan. I could’ve gone back to work a couple of years ago. It's been costing me $400 a month basically since 2005.
