They were wonderful. We had gotten 4 quotes and we came back to STC because of their professionalism and breadth of knowledge. They sent a crew of 3 and Kevin who is the arborist came out as well. They were done in under 4 hours. They cleaned up so well and we asked to keep the tree trimmings which the placed in our driveway as requested. I would use them again ! I have already referred them to a family friend.

Fantastic Job, came out and gave me an estimate, showed up the following week and performed the service. Fast and Efficient!!!

I had to have them go back and redo the first trees they did because they just lopped the branches off halfway back instead of back to the trunk. I chose this company because they had a certified arborist, but he did the estimate and then came out only to get them started and then left. I was disappointed that he did not supervise the work.

Moved my work earlier on their schedule because I really needed it done ASAP. The salesman and manager is a experience licensed arborist who was very knowable and was why a selected them, even thought they were $105 more. The other quotes were from tree trimers who were not that knowable about how to trim with minimal damage to the tree.

The owner, Miguel was referred to me by another Angie's List company. We are in the second day of a four day storm with 40 mph winds. Tree came down at 3 am. I called Miguel at 9:00 AM. Even though he had three crews out today, he promised me he would be at my home in an hour. He made it in 45 mins. Showed up, gave me a great quote, and was gone in 40 minutes. This was a 25 foot Locust tree that came down. He even cleaned up the tree next to it that had broken branches. Will definitely consider Sotelo's in the spring for regular trimming.
