Steve painted my neighbor's house and I was impressed with the quality of his work, so a few months later, I hired him to paint mine. He is extremely careful and neat - I didn't find a drop of spilled paint anywhere when he was finished. He complained that the window installers had left some sloppy dry caulking on the window frames and cleaned all that off at no charge and without me even asking. He is busy so I did have to wait several weeks before he could fit me into his schedule, but it was well worth it to have such a neat, professional job. Oh - and his price was quite a bit lower than the other two estimates I received.
