+ -1 moreMy a/c service guy suggested I go to Standard Appliance for a replacement capacitor. Big mistake. I showed them a photo of my current capacitor; they didn't have it, so sold me the "equivalent," not mentioning that it wouldn't fit the bracket for my current capacitor, or that they have a "no refund" policy. When I brought it back, I couldn't get a refund, or even a store credit. Their guy told me, however, that I could have installed a new bracket "like a professional." I never claimed to be a professional, but thanks anyway for the snark. Not going back.
Description of Work: Sold me a capacitor.
