Very well but the service ended up being more costly than I had budgeted for.

Extremely well. Given that I will be landscaping in the near future, I didn't want to pay a lot for what may be remove later on. SprinklerPro was able to accommodate my budget.

He arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem. He replaced the broken sprinkler and did an excellent job. I had questions about landscaping and even though it wasn't his area of expertise he had great suggestions for my problem.

I purchased a 'Water Conservation Assessment' from Sprinkler Pros but never received the irrigation system evaluation and zone-by-zone report that I paid for; all I received was an ‘estimate’ of $2640 that was simply a list of parts. This was after the guy showed up 2+ hours late. After I asked for a refund (and received no response), I discovered that my controller was no longer turning the system on, so my lawn, roses and shrubs began to die and I was left to figure out how to get water to my plants again. Also, it was then that I checked their contractor’s license and discovered multiple complaints. Will not use this company again, and Angie’s List should remove them from their website.

Contact: We called for an estimate on replacing a couple of sprinkler valves. They could not come until the beginning of the next week, and we called another provider, who said they could come out the next morning. The person who came out from the other provider was not an irrigation person and could not provide an estimate but said we would receive one by phone. The estimate from the other provider was never given, and they seemed irritated by follow-up. The next week we still had no news from the other provider, so we called Sprinkler Pros. They were on site the next morning. Estimate: They gave us an estimate on the spot, which we accepted, and Sprinkler Pros finished the work the same day. Work: We were aware of a couple of severe leaks from two of the valves. Our entire system was checked and an estimate given. Once we did not have water everywhere from the two valves it became evident that the other valves, of similar age, were also leaking, so we had them replaced. A prior repair had resulted in the wiring being tangled up, and the wiring was unscrambled and the valves labeled. We also asked for a quote on relocating a sprinkler than now was blocked by a tree that had grown up after the sprinkler was replaced. This work was also done. Cost: Included parts and labor. Valves were 787.50 for seven valves, including a discount applied. Sprinkler relocation was $150. The service was done the same day they came out and to our satisfaction. We would hire them again. NOTE: During the full system check, Sprinkler Pros noted a small leak bubbling up from under the driveway. It was determined that the source was under the driveway. Since repair would involve cutting concrete, they could not accommodate this repair.

The job was completed in one day. Daniel and his crew are were Courteous and Professional. I highly recommend this Company! If anything else concerning irrigation needs attention in our garden, I will without hesitation call Rich at 'Low Flow Sprinkler Pros'.

Company owner, Rich and his son, Danny arrived on time to survey the yard and provide an estimate. They began by asking about our vision for the project as we walked around the yard. We had a conversation about the challenges mentioned above. Rich and Danny asked for the time to propose a design that would meet our needs. They collaborated for two hours as they walked around the yard and discussed options. They consulted with us twice during that time to clarify our expectations and present their developing perspectives about the best approach for the project. In the end, they gave us a perfectly reasonable bid of $5,995 (including an Angie?s List 10% off coupon). The bid was delineated by the varying aspects of the project to provide us flexibility with the final agreement. They communicated a plan that included hand digging in the areas around the pool plumbing to reduce the risk of damage. We opted to go with the complete package. In addition, we agreed to replace three existing valves that Rich identified as needing replacement for $25 each. I was impressed when Rich offered to do a small amount of grading for free to make the final result more appealing. They agreed to begin work the next day. They estimated the work would take about five days to complete and anticipated two or three return visits as the weather changed to ensure a perfect result. The initial experience with Pro Sprinklers was 100% professional, personable, and financially reasonable for the scope of the work.

We were charged $85.00 for a service call. Latter Rich called and apologized for the charged. The tech should have not charged us because no work had been so he mailed a refund check to us. Rich called again to make sure we got the check and to apologized again. He said he did now about our brand and could have repaired it himself. I told him we would call him next time we have a problem.

Rich came out and initally assessed the property and made suggestions regarding changes that he could make. He gave me a quote at that time for $1450. I had gotten a competitive bid for $5000 from another provider. He started work the next week. He made the intial changes that we had discussed and he had recommend. While testing the changes, it became apparent that the age of the system would require numerous upgrades. Rich told me the costs, and since I knew it had to be done to save water, I agreed without hesitation. In attempting to install an isolation valve which he recommended to allow the system's water to be shutoff with problem, they identified numerous water lines to the main water shutoff. They spent almost 6 hours digging to discover what went were, and found an existing isolation valve that had been buried underground. He didn't charge me for the time, since it was already installed. At the end, because more and more problems cropped up, he addressed them one at a time and made sure my irrigation and sprinkler system (that dates back to the early 80s) was working properly and efficiently. I was impressed by his professionalism. It took 5 days to finish the entire project. He made sure that every bit of the property was getting adequate coverage, as well as, there was no waste. He made sure there was no runoff to the street to ensure I could never be fined. He even filled out the application for the City of Roseville to get me a rebate of $300 for the irrigation system and the new timer. I trust his team's work and experience. I am very satisfied. Addressing the cost, while the initial project was completed for the agreed upon price, the cost overruns were for new replacement equipment and the new timer with sensor. I am still satisfied even if it made me swallow hard at the time.

We actually found a flyer for Sprinkler Pro's hanging on the Bulletin Board at Green Acres Nursery and called for a consultation, I did not realize he was a member of Angie's List. The owner came out and mapped out everything we needed in order to not only properly water our lawn, front and back, but also conserve water and aid in the drought relief effort. We bought this house last year and it seems the sprinkler heads were high water flow and were wasting a significant amount of water each month and we wanted to stop that and this allowed us to do that. Also by adding a new Drip System and Clock it completed the savings so we are very happy with the results which were completed in one day with him and his crew.
