If a house inspector can not inspect the craw space because there are things the tenant needs to remove so the inspector has access to inspect, the inspector should have have given instructions before hand. Especially if there were a couple of days to prepare.

Sean inspected two residences and one office building for us. He explained the process and goals of data reports. He identified potential problems that we we unaware of and provided recommendations for repairs. Sean is pleasant and professional. We recommend him to others who need mold and air quality testing.

In the report, you will also get photos of the area that needs to work on which other inspectors don't do. He will take his time and do a thorough check of your house.
