Description of Work: One pane of a double pane window at my Sacramento rental house was shattered by rock thrown by gardener's power tool. Also, glass was "tempered". Called several local glass shops. Southgate gave the lowest estimate, $90.00, over the phone and stated might take couple days. My tenant Daniel Quartaroli delivered and recovered the sash at the Southgate store. It took only one day and cost less than $80.00. I had no personal contact with Southgate, but would certainly use them again if needed in South Sacramento. Best price and service. I should mention that Southgate was recommended by my handyman, Gilbert Lechuga.
