After waiting for a while, we finally got a call to set up installation. When the installer came out, he did not have the surround that went with our stove or the log set because they were on backorder. The installer said someone would call us when the back ordered items came in. They never did, we had to call them. We got the surround part installed a month later and it took us another three weeks to get the log set. We had to do all the calling to get the status on this item and they rarely call back when they say they will. Even when I was promised that the log set would be in the store for me to pick up it was not there. It was a very frustrating experience.

This company is the worst in every way. They lied to us about when the stove would be delivered. They installed it incorrectly and came back 3 times to service it. The last time they came to service, they replaced it with a new one. The installers didn't know how to install it. When I told them to take the stove away, they got angry at me. The owner, Bob, is totally unprofessional and rude. He never apologized for the long delivery wait, the improper installation, or the defective stoves. He even kept $200 repair fee for having to service the stove after it was improperly installed. It took us 6 weeks for him to credit our credit card for the returned stove and still hasn't returned our $200. He's rude and insulting, and I'm surprised Sierra Fireplace is still in business. They have lousy products, service, and public relations. Plus, Bob is a crook!

I ENJOYED SEEING ALL THE DIFFERENT STYLES AND COLORS OF MANTLES TO CHOOSE FROM. I TOOK MY TIME AND ASKED A WHOLE BUNCH OF QUESTIONS. THE SALES PERSON STILL SERVED ME WELL.
