Based on the Angie's List rating we contacted Ms. Harris. She came to the house twice. The second time she brought Barry, who knew more about concrete. The initial response was positive. They were contracted for the wall rebuild in late November and began plans for bathroom work. The contractor seemed to be having worker problems, and the work was postponed by mutual agreement several times. The work eventually was scheduled for early January. Ms. Harris was away at that time, but left the job in Barry's hands saying he would call over the weekend to confirm whether they would come Monday or Tuesday. She said I should call him if he didn't call me. He didn't call. I left a message. He called Monday to say he would come Tuesday. He called again Monday to say he had been in minor auto accident and confirmed he would arrive ''later'' on Tuesday. I took day off work. He did not come Tuesday, did not call, did not return my calls. I canceled the contract. Ms. Harris sent a refund promptly.

Terri provided estimate and start date was coordinated. Had a little rough start with individual initially tasked to perform work; but, Terri herself came to my home to redo work. Impressed with her abilities to solve problem with bathroom sink faucet and to ensure fixture was working properly (needed to buy new fixture - old one could not be repaired). Terri's main priority was to ensure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction.

I inquired of this company to not only do some repair work, but some major remodel work. I took off work to meet someone for the repairs, and no one showed up. After making a second appointment the small repair jobs were done. A third, and then a fourth appointment was required to meet and talk with someone about the remodel work. They were very enthusiastic about the work, but it is now almost three months down the road and not even a call back from them to let me know where they might be in the process of an official estimate/bid. I have called them twice. They returned the first call, but the second call has not been returned. If they ever do call back I would not even entertain the thought of doing business with this company. A number of these jobs needed to be done before bad weather hit, and now it's here. They have put me in a very bad situation. I now have to start from scratch looking for a new contractor. I have yet to receive a bill for the work that was done!

Jenelle was prompt and businesslike and performed 4 jobs in 3 hours that took lots of problem solving and skills. She was really nice and easy to talk to.

Horrible experience. Never again. Owner was insulting and informed us our job was insignificant and small! We were informed that she had assigned us a rookie team because of the small size of our job!!! Of note, all of our work combined would have kept at least one of their workers busy for 4 to 5 days.

Initial response was good. Spoke to her on the phone and she said that this is a project that they would want to take on. Never heard back from them after waiting for them to draw up a plan. It's been a month and haven't heard a response back. They lacked in the follow up.

Met their estimator. I was told it would take about two weeks to get the written estimate. When after two weeks I had received nothing, I called their office. I explained my issue. The person whom I spoke with turned out to be the owner. The person indicated that she would check it out and call me back. It has been four days since I spoke with the owner. No response. At this point even if they were the lowest bid, I will not use them.

SheCan2 was prompt, explained all of our options, and did the work quickly and efficiently.

We scheduled to have her meet at my home two weeks after I spoke with her, nobody showed up or called. I also left another voice mail and never heard back from them.

Since my "honey doesn't do", odds and ends had piled up. I called Terri and she returned my call in a couple of days. Although she could send someone the next day, she accommodated my schedule. Julie arrived a half hour late, but called fifteen minutes before that to say she would be here soon. She worked steadily and although I had most of the parts she needed, she needed to go to Home Depot for a couple of things and returned promptly. She explained and made suggestions and she was honest when something was not in her expertise. I was satisfied and happy to have everything done. However, I was quoted $55 an hour on the phone, but was charged a minimum of $200, which I was not told about.

Terri Harris came to the house two times for the same estimate on drywall repair, second time bringing associate Barry. We were given an absolutely unreasonable estimate initially. We requested a different approach with less labor and less resources to be utilized and they came back with the same overpriced estimate. Disappointed by the entire experience. Terri makes a great first impression and appears to be very reasonable. That was not the case. Sought another experienced drywaller. NO, SheCan2, NOT Recommended!

I was very pleased with all the work that the company did, and they were always professional, polite and friendly. I will call them again!

Based on so many good reviews, I was confident that when I called this company for an estimate, I almost wanted to just give them the bid to the work. Julie arrived early to give me an estimate and afterwards, she stated that they would have an estimate for me by next week. Well, next week came and gone. It's been almost two weeks and no word. Glad I didn't give them the job - Not responding to a potential customer on a timely basis was not very professional.

Much of the work was performed by a very pleasant fellow named Paco who is clearly a highly skilled craftsman in many diverse areas. The new bridge he built is not only quite functional but also a real eye-catching work of art. His tile and wallboard work is also first rate. All jobs reflected quality work that met or exceeded my expectations and were a real value for the amount paid. I have read reports that the company is experiencing some "growing pains", which is consistent with my experience. I must say, however, that in my case, a little patience was richly rewarded and I could not be more pleased at the work performed. Highly recommended!

Chris was the handy person and she arrived on time. Installing the door handle was a bit of a challenge, but both her and Terri were able to get that accomplished. I appreciated that when Terri arrived to drop off a ladder for the painting, she recognized Chris was a bit behind in getting the work done, so she pitched right in to get everything done timely.

We called and described the extensive drywall work we needed done. An appointment was set for 10 am. The people showed up around 9am, and left because we were not there. They did reschedule for later that day. Two people then showed up and said they could not do the work, but they would refer it to their drywall specialist who would come give an estimate. He made an appointment with us, then never showed up and never returned any of our calls after he made the appointment.

I tried many other handymen and could never find someone reliable who did good work. The $55 per hour felt a little high, but the work was quality, and my overall experience was great. I love that all the employees are women as well!

I was very disappointed in their overall interaction with me. They promised an estimate by phone within 2 days, they never called me. I had to call them and then I got a bunch of excuses of how backed up they were and how busy they were. Not good!

Terri and Julie were very responsive and attentive to my needs. The workers that came out to do the actual work were problematic - Terri says she's been going through some growing pains. The initial quality of the work was not satisfactory. However, Terri and Julie were extremely responsive to my concerns and went above and beyond what they needed to do to try to make things right. I would be willing to hire them again, but I would be careful to be very, very clear on what I wanted with both Terri and the worker she sent out before work started.

The job was tricky because the two pipes did not line up. The first repair worked for about a day but the stress of the missalignment caused a new leak. SheCan2 was out the next day and fixed it at no additional charge.

She was prompt, honest, did great work and was quick. I would highly recommend and would use her again. Thanks Terri!

The whole job was a dream. SheCan2 was very busy so it took awhile to get started but once it did it was great. The gentleman who did the removal and drywall was clean and worked very hard. The stucco guy came and completed the job the same day and even did a patch job for me. Terri came and finished the texturing, which looks great, while we were out. I could not be happier. We're having them bid on another job.

Terri & Julie installed the appliances. I mentioned that the pipes were leaking under the sink and Terri knew exactly what was wrong & fixed the leak connecting the disposal/dishwasher. They were very professional & knowledgeable about the work they did. They took pride in a job well done. Handy(men) could not have done a better job than these 2 women. Both explained what they did and did not talk down to me. What a great experience! I would definitely use their services again!

A little difficult to schedule the initial walkthru, but the handywoman was on time and very professional. The job was completed in the time promised. The quality of work was good. Price is moderately high.
