That experience went very well, but when I called for a second service(roof repair)it was almost like dealing with a different company: no follow through, told tenants someone would be there in a week and never showed. I called to follow-up; they then made appointment with tenant and never showed.

Came on time(actual time-not a window), quality work.

Gave a very low estimate at first, thinking it would work. It didn't. Came back with a doubled estimate (almost) but from a reputable and artistic woodworker, which we accepted. When bookcase was to be installed, was late to cut away carpet and padding, but "only" by 1/2 hour. When she went to book us with person to do re-stretch of carpet after bookcase was installed, gave only one recommendation, who wanted $250 for a 14 foot job. I called both him and her and said I would find my own person, which I did, and I saved $165 from that minimum given price.

Outstanding work. From the proposal to finish, the experience was top rate. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Very well. Workers appeared as scheduled, were cordial and easy to work with, worked diligently, and cleaned up each evening.

Overall there was some scheduling problems but Teri was in contact with me to let me know what was going on. I felt that she was looking out for me, the consumer.

Terri was responsive and friendly throughout the project. She was busy with many projects, but worked with us on an installation date about three weeks after we talked. I didn't have a tight schedule so this was fine. Her workers showed up on time on the day I expected them. Terri showed them the project and made sure they understood any potential problems before leaving for another job. The workers were pleasant and professional. When a couple of unexpected problems arose, Terri was available to her crew by phone and in person for help. The project took longer than the one day I expected, but I was more interested in having it done right than having it done too quickly. I'm happy with the results of the project and would use She Can 2 for other jobs.

I was very pleased with her responsiveness, attitude, reliability and work product. I would definitely use her company again!

SHECAN2 was very professional from the time they arrived to when all projects were finished. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and they were friendly and courteous.

Called and got an automatic machine, that turned me off to the company right away.

She was on time and very nice. I don't know if I would hire her because she hasn't actually done work for me yet. She sent the estimate by email so I had everything written out.

It went very well because the crew is so professional and easy to work with. It took much longer than we anticipated but that was due to more hidden damage that no one was aware of. Terri, Mark, Dan, and Ed were just great to work with. Professional, friendly, flexible, multi-talented, punctual, and creative. We highly recommend them!

Terri responded quickly to my e-mail, and came to inspect the job within a week of initial contact. She sent the bid (Promise of Price) quickly. Work was scheduled to begin about two weeks after initial contact. The bid included the caveat that there might be additional damage which could be seen only when work had commenced, which I knew, and that there might be costs added to the original bid. She carefully explained terms, such as my right to cancel the contract within three days. Terri, Dan, and Mark appeared on time and got to work quickly. Throughout the process, all three kept me informed of the progress and of the additional expenses, to which I agreed. I was impressed by the fact that Dan and Mark spent extra effort to make sure that other problems were not apparent. The final cost, including the discovered extras, was less than that of another bid for the work. The whole experience was very pleasant. I would definitely hire She Can 2 again.

They workers were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

He said the leak was stopped but you can't use the hot water. He said he would come back and finish the repair. I called back because he never came back out. They did not charge me for the work they did do. He did fix two gutters for me. They said they had too many jobs to send someone else back out.

GREAT. Terry came over a few times to see the job through. She had one of her workers do the work.

He came and looked over the problem with the Kitchen sink and said the feeder lies to the sink faucet were bad and were leaking. We made an appointment for the next day for him to go and buy new feeder lines and install them. Later I told him that the cold water faucet for the washing machine needed to be fixed, he diagnosed the problem and said he would return to replace it. He came back a third time and replaced it with the faucet that I had purchased. He performed excellent service and was very friendly. We will use this handyman service again.

The gentleman that was sent out was here promptly, did a great job, he cleaned up the work area well, and the work was completed within two days of my initial call. A very professional job.

We called this company to come out and do some light handy work around our older house (sanding down an uneven door, fixing some doorknobs, etc). She came out and then informed my boyfriend that she no longer does handy work, she remodels houses. She was hoping we would have a project come up later and think of her. She didn't do any work around the house, but did give us some tips on how to jerry-rig it ourselves. I felt like it was a total waste of time. At least she didn't charge us I guess.

We have used them before in the past and I love their work. The last time they came there were two new ladies sent out. One seemed to be less experienced but they worked good as a team and got the job done correctly. They have two hour minimum but we got our money's worth.

They were absolutely great! I was glad that it was two women doing the work. I was glad that they are getting these opportunities.

Teri and staff were very responsive to my calls and questions. Teri recognized my problem very quickly and consulted with staff on best course of action. I appreciated Teri's offer of time and materials since there were many unknown about the project. They determined that other foundation work needed to be completed and reported back to me on cost to repair. Work was completed under projected cost including additional foundation work. Work was difficult. All staff acted professionally. Extra effort was made because they knew that it was the right thing to do.
